Yes yes you are absolutely right it was a sadness in his eyes just like Jimmy Dean gone too fast too soon but made an impact that will shine forever on this Earth, God bless you and rest in peace Luke Perry
I absolutely LOVED and still love Luke Perry! I was devastated to learn on my 39th b'day, that he had passed away. R.I.P Luke/Dylan #90210TheORIGINALforever
My best friend & I were the biggest fans of Luke Perry in high school. We religiously watched 90210 every week! We both liked the "bad boy" 😁 So sad & hard to believe he's gone now.
I loved Luke perry i have all his movies. I'm a huge fan. I was incomplete shock when he died I cried my eyes out. To all his family and friend's and Kids I know they are family just saying. You father was a blessing and a wonderful actor who I grew up loving and admiring R.I.P. Luke Perry love you. I got to meet Luke in Tennessee I live 2hrs away from where he lived I went there one summer me and some friends and we meet him at his favorite Restaurant there. he asked us if we wanted picture's and we said sure he took a few with us and sat and talked to him for about 30 minutes. He asked us because he seen us look over at him and look away. i was so shy back then. That man never turned his nose he sat there and talked to us like he knew us.. I will never forget that day.. Love you Luke he was 6 years younger then my mom he gave us a autograph for her and us my mom died in 2001 she was 39 years old.
Damn I miss him Scott. I loved him on 90210, Buffy and so many other roles he did. When I first saw him, he reminded me of James Dean. Rest in peace Luke you are missed by everyone. And thank you Scott. I love the way you covered Luke and his hometown. ❤️
Luke always remembered his hometown we have a festival in September called the Fredricktown Tomato Festival and it was not unusual to see him walking main st through the festival having a good time with friends family and old classmates and people left him alone and he did this throughout his career he also worked in the little mill there in Fredricktown
I was a die hard fan of Beverly Hills 90210 at 10 years old..watched it every week..Luke Perry and Jason Priestley were my crushes, just like most fans of course..RIP Luke ❤
This was lovely to watch, Luke always seemed like a genuinely nice guy who never let his fame go to his head. Loved him in everything he done, obviously with Beverly Hills 90210 being such a massive show in the 90s it was how I and probably a lot of other people were introduced to him, I loved the show. The reboot was definitely doomed from the start and then Luke passed away, a devastating loss he was so young 🥺 but I still watched it but it was woeful I couldn't get into it. Luke was the reason I watched the original show back in the day. It's mad to think that he auditioned for the part of Steve Sanders which obviously went to Ian Ziering and Fox cast Luke for a small storyline over 2 or 3 episodes but Aaron Spelling saw something in him and insisted on having him play a bigger role and be a part of the main cast. I know he's no longer here either but will always be thankful to Mr. Spelling for making that decision.
Absolutely grew up watching 90210. It was such a good coming of age show. Without Luke Perry it would not have been so huge. RIP beautiful soul Luke 🙏💕😭
When I was in high school (@30 years ago) my friend and I made the pilgrimage to Fredericktown from Columbus, Ohio (big time trip for a 17 year old, lol). It was around Christmas time and we thought he would be home for the holidays. We drove around and somehow we picked a house and thought it was his (I don't remember why we picked that house) and rang the doorbell. Nobody answered so we will never know if we had the right place. On the road out of town we thought we saw him driving in a big jeep or a Bronco and we screamed our heads off. 🤣 Anyhow, it was a long time ago and I look back fondly...We really liked Luke and I was really sorry to hear of his passing. Thanks for the video.
You make me laugh, you make me cry & I love your videos. Dude, I love so much that you're a guy & admitting how much you loved the show. I worshipped Luke Perry! I met him once in the grocery...I was getting tampons & locked eyes & he started giggling bc he knew I was so embarrassed. He was an absolute sweetheart!!
OMG- I LOVE Luke Perry. He was in the movie Buffy the Vampire Slayer, when it was a campy movie but I LOVED IT and him. My first major crush. Thank you, thank you Scott!!! So great to see. Love to see when celebrities that come from small towns with the lights of Hollywood in their eyes and then find their way “home” again. Luke Perry, gone way too soon but left a legacy for us to enjoy and remember him. ❤️❤️
A beautiful tribute. I never watched the show but definitely knew who he was. Reminds me a lot of James Dean. What a shame he died so young. He really did sound like a very nice guy, very genuine and down-to-earth. As always, your music selections are perfect.
I loved 90210, I have all of the DVD's Seasons 1 through 10. I remember when 90210 premiered in 1990, I was 20 years old. I felt through those 10 years like they were friends even though I did not know the cast members.
I grew up watching Beverly Hills 90210. I loved it,and never missed a week.I also was into the show Riverdale, which he was in when he passed. Was so sad when I heard about Luke's death.Gone to soon, but never forgotten. Thank you for making this video,Blessed Be.
I loved 90210 in the 90's. Luke Perry was my favourite back then and I was very sad to hear of his passing. What a super cool guy he was. Thanks Scott!
I remember it was a week after my dad passed away and i was questioning why...like Luke had so much more life to live. It still doesn't seem real. He was the only reason i watched 90210!! So glad you got to go to his hometown and final resting place. No matter how much he was a beloved actor, his heart was still small town and he never became the Hollywood scene celebrity.
Scott I was only a year younger when I had my stroke then Luke Perry was when he had his stroke. Be thankful for every day, everything you can do, everything you have and every one in your life because it can be taken away in a heartbeat. Life can end quickly and suddenly for anyone. I’ve survived a stroke a blood bacteria and lymphoma cancer. And I thank God that I’m still alive.
Thx for sharing Scott! I was and still am a BH90210 fan! Had the bed set, had a watch and some t-shirts. I remember it came on Wednesday nights on Fox. Once 90210 goes off, then Melrose Place. But I didn't watch Melrose Place. I thought it was boring. Yet I thought Grant Show was hot. lol.
I was so in love with Beverly Hills 90210 in the 90s. Brenda and Dylan were the best. The chemistry was real. When Luke passed away, I cried like a family member died. He was such a huge part of my teen years and he will always be the coolest. He was our James Dean. Beautiful video Scott. Rest in Peace Luke ❤
90210 was my show in the 90's, and I watched it solely for Luke. When he left, I left. When he came back, I did too. I'd love to rewatch the series, or buy it on dvd, but since they replaced all the copyrighted music I just can't. The music was selected for a reason, and to just replace it with generic crap cheapens it. In the episode after Brenda and Dylan break up Brenda spends the whole episode listening to REM's Losing My Religion on repeat. This is iconic. You'd never know this by watching the only version of the show that's currently available though, because the song isn't there anymore. None of them are. Because of this I'm robbed of getting to rewatch one of my favorite shows in it’s original form. The copyright laws need to change as this has happened with so many shows. At least with 90210 I can still remember what songs used to be there, but with other shows I have no idea, I just know that what I'm hearing is wrong. These shows deserve to be preserved and made available as they originally aired, not in their current Frankensteined together forms. Sorry for the rant guys. It's just that I love the show so much, primarily because of Luke, and to see it reduced to what it is now is so irritating. RIP Luke
Was never a 90210 fan but I will say Luke Perry got better with age, the heartthrob grew to be an awesome person and father and amazing individual. He had a lot of good years ahead of him which is tragic. RIP
I had no idea Luke Perry had passed. Remembering how every girl I had a crush on in jr high had a crush on him, I was almost jealous lol Scott I kind of thought of myself as the Dylan type, a young man from across the tracks going to a prep high school. It’s cool to see where he went to high school being Luke is almost synonymous with it. RIP
What a beautiful video Scott. Xox I loved watching 90210 was a fav of mine. Yes it hit when me Luke Passed and George Michael and also Patrick swazye And Kenny Rodgers they where all amazing people. 💗
90210 was by absolute favorite show from high school and first years in college! Hard to believe Luke Perry is no longer with us. Dylan was my favorite!!! I have seen every episode too!
Had a crush on him. Became such a great talented actor. So devastated when he passed away. You're in Ohio?! Come on over! I'll make some Christmas beverages. 🙏😊❤️🕊️ Beautiful video and the sunsets!! Miss him every day.
OMG Scott I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE that you did this video. Luke was my favorite after he passed I became friends with his brother Tom you know it was so nice to see how he was such a kind hearted down to earth person that would help anyone it was nice to see him in normal pics that arent glamorized but hes still sexy af. Thank you Scott for doing this video it was a pleasure.
It hit hard for me too. 90210 was a huge part of my early adult years through college and beyond. I had the biggest crush. I’ve seen every episode a million times. My favorite show ever!
I love this video! I am a huge fan of his son, Jack "Jungle Boy" Perry. Jack is one of the best professional wrestlers I've seen in a long time, and man everytime I see Jack, he looks more and more like Luke everyday..
Saw him perform in London, in a play “When Harry met Sally” also featuring Alison Hannigan. I think it was in 2007. After the play he was patient and friendly for all his fans who asked for his autograph, really nice dude!
hey scott!!!❤❤❤ you know your stuff!!! Luke perry!! we're lucky to have you scott!! ❤ rip Luke perry!! loved him on that show!!and Riverdale!!!❤❤❤love you scott❤❤❤❤!!!
I didn't follow the series that way. But Luke caught my eye right away. I like outsiders a lot. And he reminded me of Jimmy Dean.♥️ His death was a great big scare. Sad that he went on his journey so soon. 😢🕊 Thank you for visiting him for us. Love from Germany. ❤🕊
Thank u for this. Im a big fan of Luke too so was good to see his school and ranch. Still so very sad hes not here ❤️. Hes was always my favourite out of Beverly Hills.
Ok you have earned my Sub. Your comment about even though we don't personally know celebrities, there are a few whose passing really touches us. For me that 1 was Ronnie James Dio, I never knew the man offstage, all I truly knew about him was what his handlers put out. Yet when he passed I cried as though he had been a lifelong friend. It really hurt, kudos to you for your understanding of how deeply these people effect us
Beverly Hills 90210, was & is still probably my favorite TV Series ever. Dylan McKay was my favorite character from The show. I always wanted to be like Dylan McKay & Luke Perry. His death really hit me hard, even though he wasn't family & close to me, I felt a connection to him through the show & other films & series he was in. Thanks for doing this video Scott, & showing us his school & ranch. RIP Luke Perry AKA Dylan McKay 🙏🕊️🕊️
It was fall September of 1990 when I was first introduced to Jason Priestley and 90210. I was 10 years old. Man the 90s at that age just starting out experiencing everything there was just nothing like it. You're right it was a big deal. As big as the Beatles, at least for us. I read everyone saying he was our James Dean and he really was. The minute I saw Luke Perry I was like man, this guy is cooler than cool. He just was the essence of cool and didn't get any cooler than that. Even his character was just pure and true. You wanted to be his best friend you wanted to know that guy. Watching through the years you truly felt like you got to know him like he was your friend. Your best friend. I know it hit me hard just like losing a best friend or family member. A loved one for sure. It was so hard to believe. Without Luke Perry in this world it felt truly like the end of an era the beginning of the end of my Youth. I had just turned 40 when he passed and it made me remember all those amazing years watching him and learning what it was to be as cool as he was. Thank you for revisiting my youth and making another beautiful video brother. Watching you I feel like I really know what a true and great person you are to and in another place I feel we would be friends. You're the man Scott and keep up your gift. Peace, be well and respect brother. Good journey always my friend and thank you again 🙏✌️ R.I.P. Luke Perry forever and always
I still cant believe hes gone. I watched a few episodes as a teen. But i know how you feel about being such a fan as do i with friends and now matthew Perry's passing. I hope you can someday go and show where friends was taped in NY and the apartment. It would be cool to see that
Luke perry was a legend to me he was such a great actor I loved 90210 two of my children are named Torrie and Dylan 💖 I am absolutely devastated he had to leave us so young he was a true talent and good person humble and kind

It's so hard to realize Luke has gone to the other side. I love 90210. To this day I still watch it. Thank you Scott for doing this wonderful video. This video touched my heart and even made me cry a little.
I LOVE THIS, Scott! Thank you so much for putting this together. ❤️Luke Perry was my favorite from 90210. He did make the show what it was. I named my son Luke. 😍
I remember growing up and so many, many times bring asked if I was related to Luke Perry lol. My sister's always watched 90210 and at first I didn't care for it. But Luke Perry definitely is one of the reasons I grew to like the show. I was blown away when I heard of his passing. It's a part of my childhood. Rest in Peace Luke. Thank you for honoring him Scott
90210 was one of the shows I never stopped watching. Even if I was out with the boyfriend, I would go home and watch 90210. I had crush first on Jason, but when Luke perry appeared, Jason was way gone. Ever since like was crush. When he pass, it hurt me so much.. Great video!!
Thank you for bringing Luke so close, I actually felt some real deep sorrow like his amazing presence was there with you. I am 52 now and that opening song still gets me! He was such a raw talent, that doesn't come around very often. Luke was special he will be dearly missed always.💕🌹😎
Watching this for the second time. Scott, you're a part of what you tube has to offer, with the many you tubers out there you stand out and are a great addition to you tube.
You’re a huge respectful story teller Scott.. really. How you talk and tell the stories , anybody . 🙏🏼 Rest In Peace Luke 🕯 Also here in Italy , all the girls were crazy for him, and 90210 was very popular.. I remember perfectly, nostalgic years , 80s and 90s was the best time. Tv series movies and a lots of things.

This was the man of my dreams as a young girl. ❤️❤️ Thank you for doing this video. 🙏 RIP Luke Perry 😢❤❤
Sad, RIP LUKE.. one of my show growing up.. 90210 fan back then.
Continue to rest in peace Luke aka Dylan McKay, you are dearly missed ❤
I have been to that funeral home so many times and I’ve never known Luke lived nearby.
I didn't follow the series that way. But Luke caught my eye right away. I like outsiders a lot. And he reminded me of Jimmy Dean.♥️
His death was a great big scare. Sad that he went on his journey so soon. 😢🕊
Thank you for visiting him for us.
Love from Germany. ❤🕊
Hi Scott, down here in México, there are a lot of "Brandons" and "Dylans" because of that great show. Its sort of hilarious. Saludos Scott.
It really hurt, kudos to you for your understanding of how deeply these people effect us
Hello Scott 🙋🏽. This is really cool. I really liked Luke Perry As an actor. Thanks for sharing this with me ‼️😊.
So sorry that Luke Perry left us. I was a fan of 90210. Shocker for a lot of fans. R.I.P. Thank you for this video.
Very well put my man. And trust me , we are friends. ✌🏼✌🏼
I still cant believe hes gone. I watched a few episodes as a teen. But i know how you feel about being such a fan as do i with friends and now matthew Perry's passing. I hope you can someday go and show where friends was taped in NY and the apartment. It would be cool to see that
