    Wow good one Dr. Anne and I enjoyed this vid. Thnx for the reminder, I’ll thank mom for my mitochondria and how it gets me through my gym routines 😏

      Do that. And remember, you mitochondria doesn't only take you through your gym routines, but everything else as well.

    Got Multiple sclerosis worked out till I was 45. Can't now. ❤❤❤

      @@DoctorAnne Yes, can't walk I fall a lot, I'm glad I was active until 5 years ago I did ballet and Tennis for a long time. My right leg is iffy, my left leg works, my nurologist dosent understand why, I did fall downstairs long time ago and hurt my left leg really bad. Was lucky I didn't break it my nurologist thinks that's saved my other leg from failing me. Lol I'm still here main thing 😁

      @@angelajanelomax5540 That is indeed the main thing! Ballet is really challenging - or so I hear, I never tried it myself. And gives you great posture.
