    3:13 I couldn't help laughing, 😂😂🤣 with what Trump said, just so that I shouldn't put myself in trouble "Love, religion and tariffs". His three favorite words with tariff being the third among the three. Trump does say some real clever things these days. 😎💯💪🏾👍🏾much respect to Donald Trump.

      Why India will never be the next China.
      1. Rampant corruption
      2. Too diverse, no social cohesion. Inter community feud is rampant.
      3. Class distinction rampant.
      4. Pathetic education system that reward academic credential and not innovation and enterpreneurship.
      5. Bureaucratic hurdles.
      6.Endless political debates hampered economic works and development.
      7. Delusional.
      8. addicted to fake news and fake praise.
      9.smart and entrepreneurial people leave to go to western countries.
      10.Caste System.

    Once again Palki has it backwards as usual. If America tariffs affect Chinese supplies it will make them cheaper for India to buy if China don’t have a US market. It’s called supply and demand. Basic economics.

    FTAs, a form of trade pacts, determine the tariffs and duties that countries impose on imports and exports with the goal of reducing or eliminating trade barriers, thus encouraging international trade.[2] Such agreements usually "center on a chapter providing for preferential tariff treatment", but they also often "include clauses on trade facilitation and rule-making in areas such as investment, intellectual property, government procurement, technical standards and sanitary and phytosanitary issues"

  • @AlaskaninThePhilippines
    @AlaskaninThePhilippines 2 часа назад +2

    An eye for an eye. That’s fair trade. Why would India be worried? Don’t they want fair trade ? If India don’t charge the US a tariff then they won’t be charged a tariff. I dont see the problem unless India has been charging US tariffs all along and then they deserve it.

    Judicial review is a legal process that allows courts to review the legality of a decision or action made by a public body. It is a way to ensure that the government's actions are consistent with the law and the constitution.
    How it works
    A judge reviews the decision-making process to determine if it was lawful
    The judge does not decide if the decision was right or wrong
    The judge may invalidate laws, acts, or governmental actions that are incompatible with the constitution
    Why it's important
    Judicial review is a check on the power of the government
    It helps to uphold the rule of law
    It ensures that the government's actions are consistent with the constitution
    Examples of judicial review
    Decisions made by local authorities
    Decisions made by immigration authorities
    Decisions made by regulatory bodies
    Decisions made by health authorities
    Decisions made by police forces
    Decisions made by government departments
    How it differs between jurisdictions
    The procedure and scope of judicial review may differ between and within countries
    The doctrine of judicial review varies between jurisdictions

    Well India and China has trade around 150 billion dollars and India's trade deficit of around 90 to 100 billion from China. So if India and China tariff each other basically Chinese exports will be get much more heart compared to India because firstly India's exports are much lower compared to China and secondly India exports chemical and pharmaceutical things also many raw materials which China have to buy mostly.
    So yes USA and India both can go trade word with China China has been dumping their products since start of 2000 now countries deeply realise it and taking action against it .

    • @Shubhajit48
      @Shubhajit48 7 часов назад +1

      @@midhun153 Indian manufacturers dependent Chinese components . Not really but yeah Indian sellers dependent on Chinese manufacturing thing.
      And because they are sellers taken by another countries product and sell them. Because they only care about selling the thing not where it came from.

    • @Shubhajit48
      @Shubhajit48 7 часов назад

      @@midhun153 India ,Japan 🗾 and South Korea has treaty for that but what you say it is manipulative fact or half truth. China does have few assembly facility in India but it's only for Chinese phones or the products which they are selling in India . So if that even stopped it not gonna hurt India's manufacturing very that label but instant it gonna good for Indian local companies which will reduce the competition.
      And I don't think I can do this such dumping because they have to also sell their product especially when US will gonna burst on Chinese companies

    • @Shubhajit48
      @Shubhajit48 Час назад +1

      @@midhun153 well India,Japan , South Korea has tritey for that. Firstly China don't help India with manufacturing components but yeah. Few Chinese mobile phone companies have assemble mobile in India just to sell them in India. If that stops India will not face significant gap in manufacturing facility but Chinese mobile Companies will lose 45 billion every year
