Tyra High. bullies have often been bullied or have a weakness or fear that they try to protect themselves by using bullying on others. Remember. They are not in the arena.
Tyra High I agree with you. She looks fresh and wholesome. Sad that there were those that had the opportunity to listen and see her in person and only commented on her looks and not her profound message!!
People who do that want to hide their own feelings of ugliness or shortcomings. Nobody that feels good about themselves for real would ever say that to another person. People liking hurting people are not coming from a healthy place.
5 BRENE BROWN LESSONS TO FIND STRENGTH IN VULNERABILITY 1. Vulnerability Is an Act of Courage 2. Belonging Starts with Self-Acceptance 3. Show Up Even When There Are No Guarantees 4. Strive for Excellence, Not Perfection 5. Explore Your Emotions, Don’t Numb Them
@Christian McKnight The problem with that understanding is the reliance on external circumstances to bring joy. Practicing gratitude is internal and can be consistent with continued practice. Being joyful does not exempt us from experiencing hard times and it does not mean we *only* feel joy. The gratitude Dr. Brown is referring to is "counting your blessings" or rather choosing to think about what you *do* have that makes you happy and what is going right. It does not mean ignoring difficult events either. It simply means choosing time and time again to be conscious of what you have and what is going right and allowing that to affect your sense of being rather than spending the majority of your energy on what is wrong or lacking.
"Set boundaries. And if you don't you will become resentful and hateful". This completely defines every relationship I have ever been in. I have became so resentful and hateful by the end of relationships because I did not set BOUNDARIES. I allowed someone else to define my boundaries. From today forward I decide my boundaries :) Thank you for sharing this Top 10 Evan!
I like what you're saying, Krystal. I just came out of a 12 year marriage. Ironically, I have huge self awareness (I am good at noticing and reading my emotions) but little self control with boundaries. So even though I knew that relationship was ultimately bad for us, I went ahead anyway. Now I am dealing with not only the loss of the relationship, but knowing that I CHOSE to get into it despite my better judgement. That is huge, because in this case I feel responsible for everyone involved (not only myself) because I could have set strong boundaries and stopped it, giving us both very different futures built on a healthy base. The "resentful and hateful" is to myself. It's all on me. (Hmm. Feeling very vulnerable posting this!)
God bless Brene Brown. This made me realize we need to overcome our insecurities to be truly happy. We need to establish better internal boundaries ( we need to stop what people think/say change how we feel about ourselves). We need to be better friends to ourselves.
lol, you did not know this people, how do you know what they were like really? Every human being has insecurities but to be "crippled" by them would mean they have overtaken you and prevented you from growth. Hence it is important to make yourself vulnerable and leanr to be comfortable in that so as to grow and overcome. It is unproductive and maladaptive to fear taking the steps into it. Most people who get cancer do not know where it came from, one cannot control the drunk driver, we all age, and we cant control an unfaithful lover (unless we make ourselves so invulnerable we never date anyone). Vulnerability is a deliberate choice we make, stray bullets, cancer, drunk drivers are not things we have deliberately chosen to make ourselves vulnerable too She has not "stigmatized" shame. She is warning you about toxic shame. There is shame (plato's shame) and there is toxic shame. She is speaking against toxic shame. The shame that destorys self esteem. Normal shame can act as a rudder to guide you when something is wrong, although it feels so unpleasent. Be careful not to turn your healthy shame to toxic.
Brené is MY FAVOURITE SPEAKER EVER !!!#1 Show up! If you are going to show up and be seen, there is only one guarantee you are going to get your ass kicked! If courage is a value we hold...this a consequence!
Showing up the courageous act, because people around me my entire life have shamed me for "being too much or not enough" that I have tried my damnedest to blend into the walls to not be seen. Now I have reached a place in my life where I am choosing to fight back in showing up and allowing myself to reach for my dreams but not allow the critics around me or inside me to shame me away from creating joyous beauty in the world.
That's great!. Ships don't sink because of the water around them but because of the water that gets in them. Don't let what's happening around you get inside you and weigh you down. 😉 #Believe - Feb
#8. Practiced it this morning on my husband. He said something thoughtlessly that threw me into a shame storm. Instead of stewing over it and resenting him, I just told him what he had done, and how I felt, and how he could have been more thoughtful in his answer. He apologized, and the shame dissipated.
Yes! Gratitude has basically become like my new religion. My kids and I left our house one day and came back with nothing more than what we were wearing. Learning that there are things to be grateful for even through the worst difficulty and how to focus on it instead of the negative stuff changed my life and how I live, parent, and interact.
Showing up despite the critics grabbed me too, Evan. #1 made me cry because my new project is a blog but it requires putting myself out into the world and making myself vulnerable in order to connect with others. But that also opens me up to criticism. She reminded me that all I can do is just show up and do the work. Thanks once again for taking the time to make these videos!
Thanks for sharing empressofrussia. Yes, showing up would mean being vulnerable and open to criticism and I hope you won't let that stop you from moving forward. :) All the best to you! Always #Believe in yourself and keep taking action to pursue your goals. #BTA569 Shine
Its not only okay to try but imperitive to allow myself to fail so I can grow and recognize those who are critical of me, my style, or whatever.... are really projecting their feelings of inadequacy. What I can do for the critic is send compassion his/her way.
Lesson implementation: decrease replay of criticism. Limit the number of times I replay critical comments in my head. Thank you for sharing this awesome video!
Love Brene Brown's talks. She is a great story teller and can capture the audience for long periods of time. Keep up the good work and continue to take us to places in our mind that we have not explored before.
This isnt a make up tutorial. This literally is a video that talks about vulnerability. This lady i s beautiful. All of the douchie people that watch themselves in the mirror as they watch videos/movies/talk to peoplw everyday...you're so awesome. You're so much more evolved with every moment with yourself in your mirror.
Setting boundaries is essential and doesn't mean uncaring which has been thrown at me so many times. Perfectionism brings paralysis and it's a struggle for me all my life. "When I do it perfect, I will avoid or minimise shame, blame or judgement". Very true and only just thought of it now and validation on a tough decision I had to make yesterday. Thanks.
Evan Carmichael Thanks Luka. I've started writing a line blogs that relate to all this and one on boundaries inspired by this. I'll post the link when I publish it today. Thanks ❤
BRENÉ just makes me aware of who I really am, and then go out there and be that person. She opens me up to asking the right kind of questions where I can't avoid the answer, and once the answer is put out there, everything changes.
I LOVE Dr. Bréné Brown! She's a powerful inspiration to me and I appreciate the carefully selected clips you chose and the 10 take-aways you found from her teachings, Evan. My fave was #7: Explore your emotions. I would have placed it first, because, just as vulnerability is the birthplace of the core qualities that bring us happiness (connection, creativity, innovation, authenticity, courage, etc.), self-awareness is the womb from which the courage to be vulnerable is born, and the mother that guides us each day to make those constant choices to show up, to be authentic, to set boundaries, to let go of perfectionism, to build shame resilience, to risk failure to release regrets, and, of course, to embrace vulnerability.
You DO NOT need Botox!!! ...at all! For the life of me, I can't figure out why someone would say that to you! I recently separated from the Marines after 15 years, and I will adamantly agree; getting your ass kicked is part of the business. Great talk on an important topic, and so nicely delivered. Thank you!
Being shamed by people you thought were your friends and not quite understanding why has highlighted how vulnerable I am. I could choose to shut down or I can choose to learn and grow from it. I choose to stand tall, learn from it and to consciously choose to not be like those mean woman who tried to destroy me through shaming me. I choose to be a compassionate strong woman.
Great to know that you chose to stand tall and learn from that experience Renee. Stay strong but compassionate...always #Believe in yourself. :) Much love. #BTA569 Shine
I have been having the hardest year of my life due to losing ALOT of people but the hardest loss has been losing both my parents within 9 months of each other. I have been embracing how to break through and work through due to being a MSW (social worker) and work to continue to advance in the face of adversity and be able to be present and there for my clients. I have enjoys all your videos and others. Thank you
I'm very sorry to hear about you losing your parents and other people in your life Pamela...for sure it's really hard but it's great that you keep your positive attitude and you continue to advance in the face of adversity. I hope this video will also be of help to you: ruclips.net/video/vwxUnDB1PfA/видео.html Keep the faith! Always #Believe. Much love. :) #BTA617 Shine
Sometimes people are so mired in ego it's difficult to connect or see their true selves. My approach, as wrong as it is, is to give what I get. Rudeness begets rudeness, coldness begets coldness, unfriendliness begets unfriendliness, etc. I'm working on it.
I think Brene Brown is wonderful. Her message touches me so deeply as a man who has known shame. I did stay in the arena, showed up screwed up many times.
When she talks about choosing, creating, and doing what you want despite negative feedback, it reminded me of what author Liz Gilbert said- you have to ask yourself if you want to do it despite the "shit sandwich" that is attached to it because there always is one. If you want to go for it anyway, then you've found your path.
For me I related to #8 ! I Am a Minister A Man of God. A Son of God, Born from Above ; yet in my natural thinking dealing with shame and disbursing it to others. For the first 42 years of my life and beyond believing lies about myself that DIDNOT come from Our Father. Sometimes we need a physical take on what has GRABBED ahold of us to GET a Spiritual Awakening! Thanks 😎
Vulnerability is the birth place of creativity and innovation. Gratitude breeds joy. When we numb negative feelings we numb all other positive emotions. To feel vulnerable means we are alive! We are enough!
I love the idea that we show who we really are when we are vulnerable. I usually want to be a chameleon and act like everyone in the environment. But then I get critical of others because everyone acts the same (because, apparently, they want to blend in too). So I want to be more vulnerable so that I can be truly me and be unique. .
Thanks. I have never seen vulnerability as negative, I find it freeing (as long as one doesn't go dumping all their stuff on other people). shaming: agree with you: "not good enough and who do you thing you are", or "who do you think you're kidding?" I always got that growing up.
#5 'Embrace Vulnerability' makes so much sense. I have actually gone into complete discovery mode and that requires me to constantly put myself into new settings and be ok with feeling vulnerable. Thanks for sharing Evan, I wasnt familiar with Brené Brown before but this was a great video.
She is so inspirational! I love all the points she said. Vulnerability is necessary if we want to grow and have empathy. Thanks so much for creating this. This is really awesome! 😃
I NEED this encouragement so much. I almost quit the ring (or at least wanted to sit out some rounds) but my husband encouraged me to stay in and fight. Now I need the subtleties of why it is so important. THANKS SO MUCH!!!
I absolutely love Brene Brown. The first time I saw her was on Oprah and she was beyond amazing. I am learning how to do #10 Don’t have any regrets. Finally working on having a business of my own that I always wanted.
The whole clip was awesome - I am new to meeting Brene Brown and I think an instant addiction has just been born. The insight into perfectionism was an eye opener & the info on shame resilience profound - you have to mention the word shame - it cannot hold on when you name it in talking about it. Thanks for much for posting this clip. Many new insights to integrate...
"There is no innovation and creativity without failure.period" "Dont be afraid of impertionism people are afraid if they be themselves if they are not prefect they wont measure out in the world."
I love everything that Brene` gives us and will watch, read, and absorb it all like the fresh air that she is! I love the Theordore Roosevelt quote and especially, "Shame cannot hold onto us when we name it" This is the big one for me. Thank you for sharing this video!
I love number 1 as well. I think some people focus on the small stuff and her message is what is important and there are double standards for women than men. I am glad she pushed thru the rude criticism I recently moved from VP to president. I agree show up. I feel nervous, with this transition, but I am going to show up. Her work is so helpful to women in leadership.
350 days of happy , I think what they mean when they say, "courage to live a life true to myself",is about finding the guts to give their own consciousness enough space to be ,just simply to be,without disturbing it with a bunch of mental constructs of what it 'should' be.As we approach death,we start to allow ourselves this undisturbed pure consciousness, this peace, and we realize that this state of grace was in us all along and that it's what we actually are made of .So there is this regret that there wasn't more time in our lives to be and experience this expanded consciousness, which is who we really are spiritually.
Evan, absolutely love all the videos! The Theodore Roosevelt quote is one of my absolute favorites. My takeaways from this video are to save a seat at the table for my best self (the one who believes in me), to recognize my emotions and "rise strong" but acknowledging them and learning more! Keep up the great work!
The entire top 10 was excellent, but the thing I took away and will begin using immediately has to do with setting boundaries with others, being honest with what is ok/ not ok, and also allowing my wife to do the same and not stand between her and other members of my (blended) family to “make things ok” or go smoothly. In my efforts for “everyone to get along” I have overstepped and she has felt she had no voice, which was wrong of me. And I plan to continue asking myself what is ok and not ok and being more honest with myself and others around me in order to have appropriate boundaries in place. I will need to sit in the discomfort for awhile as I make this change but hope it will be worth it.
I am a huge fan of the work of Brene Brown, I am thankful for the compilation of great thoughts, some of which I hadn't heard before. For me the biggie was the words of Teddy Roosevelt on what is the next phase in my development personally and professionally.
Evan you did a fantastic job of presenting this incredible and life changing work. Loved the quote by the priest and never get tired of Brené because it is about practicing the work not being perfect. A balm for me and our world
People are so mean. Brene is one of the most inspirational, amazing women that I have ever come across! Two more who I hold in high regard: Oprah Winfrey & Tina Turner
I've always wanted to create a t-shirt that says "Vulnerability Sucks." I remember how hard my friends and I used to laugh about it. I still think I'm going to create the t-shirt because it probably resonates with a lot of people. My favorite quote: Our capacity for wholeheartedness can never be greater than our willingness to be broken-hearted. As she said "mean" and for me breaks my heart to read it, but off we go with new understanding.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts and the quote Sarah. Interesting to know about that T-shirt, I hope you'll be able to create it. :) Always #Believe in yourself. #BTA635 Shine
"If you are going to show up, one thing can be guaranteed you are going to get your ass kicked... if you are not in the arena getting you ass kicked i don't give a fuck about your feelings"- Teboho Nteso
Evan... First, I want to say I appreciate your including Brene Brown in your series because the things she researches and speaks on are some of the most vital, in my opinion, for cultivating happiness in our lives for keeping the quality of our relationships high. This is the first video of yours I've watched, and I'll be checking out some of your others. That said, I feel like reducing her material to a Top 10 list is dangerous. So many of these things have cause-and-effect relationships and are interconnected that taking them out of context or trying to distill them down to talking points leaves things out that matter. Brene herself says in the Sounds True-published talk you showed on your point #5 that if how-to worked, we as people wouldn't be in the shape we're in. We would just do the steps, and everything would be great... and it isn't. This isn't a criticism so much as an observation. Based on this video, I think you have noble intentions and great presentation. Again, I'll be looking forward to enjoying your other videos in this series. Keep it up.!
Being Vulnerable is having the strenght to confide and trust the good within yourself, and have the courage to stand for your beliefs by having the faith in ❤ , and accept to be judged and criticise for your flaws, even if you loose it all. Maintaining enough patience and compassion even for those who wrong you and your love ones the most...by thriving to sacrifice more for the real people in need... and preparing silently, to trully rise with humble ❤... "Grounded" 4 eternal heavenly life here down to earth. 🙏
In one of her Super Soul Sunday presentations with Oprah, she discusses the importance of embracing your regrets. She points out that whether we admit it or not, we all have regrets ("if I had it all to do over again I would...) She makes sense of the benefits of regrets.
Thank you very much for the appreciation and for watching Monica. :) Glad you are inspired. Also, Thank you very much for the suggestion and it would be great if you could post your request under the comments of this video: Top 10's - Who Should We Profile NEXT - ruclips.net/video/0arZb0xLIDM/видео.html if more people would vote or like your request and there are available videos/clips, we might do a Top 10 rules video for it. Much love. #Believe :) #BTA588 Shine
I think she is so very beautiful. You are an inspiration. You get it. Everything you talk about I am finding out that yes I knew these things. Yes I feel this way absolutely. I am in the arena. I show up but am terrified, insecure, but then I start to think of all times I have pulled off something great. I get all jazzed up because I could win it. I could go into whatever the situation is and be successful and confident. Your wonderful keep it up.
Explore your emotions. Very powerful stuff. Hard to choose just one. I jump to conclusions before I explore every detail. This knee jerk reaction never ends well for me.
Really appreciate this compilation. Thank you for putting it together and utmost respect to Brene Brown. I've shared this with a lot of family and friends
This was a great compilation, Evan. I've been a long time fan and had seen all of those talks but it was nice having all the great points in one piece. I will share that I would think that Brene would want a different title. The word success brings shame with it and also a desire for perfectionism. I would rather see it titled 10 principals for whole hearted living.
Wow. This was incredible. Thank you Evan for this! These videos are such a great resource on discovering new people. I'm going to look into more of Brene's work! Thank you!

It amazes me people find ways to criticize how she looks, I'm usually staring at how natural and beautiful she is.
Tyra High. bullies have often been bullied or have a weakness or fear that they try to protect themselves by using bullying on others. Remember. They are not in the arena.
Tyra High I agree with you. She looks fresh and wholesome. Sad that there were those that had the opportunity to listen and see her in person and only commented on her looks and not her profound message!!
She's awesome and beautiful
Focusing on her looks and expressing negative opinions is to deflect from what they have going on on the inside of them.

It's not joy that makes us grateful, it's gratitude that makes us joyful.
Again so well said. Quote from a Jesuit priest.
So much appreciation.
Thank you for the comment, for the appreciation and for watching Amy. :) Stay grateful...always #Believe. #BTA603 Shine
Thank you!
Thanks for sharing your thoughts and for watching Eric. :) #Believe #BTA583 Shine
Thank you
Basically staying vulnerable :)
Thank you for sharing with us. Much love! #BTA1217 Luka
Ego! So true and hard to get past. #7 is important here I guess!
Brene is breath in my body. And LOVE her humor inserted at just the right times. Brilliant.
Much love. Thanks for watching Deb. 💛😊 #Believe - Dondon
I just love listening to her
I have learnt so much from her. I value all the rules but my fav is shame resilience. THANK YOU FOR YOUR HARD WORK EVAN!
I think Brene Brown is wonderful. Her message touches me so deeply as a man who has known shame. I did stay in the arena, showed up screwed up many times.
Thanks for watching #Believe :) #BTA1501 Veljko
I love the editing of these videos together with the list on the left!! It really helps everything become really cohesive!!! Really smart.
When she talks about choosing, creating, and doing what you want despite negative feedback, it reminded me of what author Liz Gilbert said- you have to ask yourself if you want to do it despite the "shit sandwich" that is attached to it because there always is one. If you want to go for it anyway, then you've found your path.
Thanks for sharing :) #BTA1187 Luka
For me I related to #8 ! I Am a Minister A Man of God. A Son of God, Born from Above ; yet in my natural thinking dealing with shame and disbursing it to others. For the first 42 years of my life and beyond believing lies about myself that DIDNOT come from Our Father. Sometimes we need a physical take on what has GRABBED ahold of us to GET a Spiritual Awakening! Thanks 😎
Thank you for sharing with us. Much love! #BTA1079 Luka
Vulnerability is the birth place of creativity and innovation. Gratitude breeds joy. When we numb negative feelings we numb all other positive emotions. To feel vulnerable means we are alive! We are enough!
Thanks for sharing that and for watching. 😊 #Believe - Feb
"the most compassionate people are the most boundaried" so true
Thanks for watching and for the comment Myffy. :) #BTA568 Shine
I love the idea that we show who we really are when we are vulnerable. I usually want to be a chameleon and act like everyone in the environment. But then I get critical of others because everyone acts the same (because, apparently, they want to blend in too). So I want to be more vulnerable so that I can be truly me and be unique. .
Thanks for sharing your thoughts and for watching Jesse. :) #Believe #BTA583 Shine
Thanks.
I have never seen vulnerability as negative, I find it freeing (as long as one doesn't go dumping all their stuff on other people).
shaming: agree with you: "not good enough and who do you thing you are", or "who do you think you're kidding?" I always got that growing up.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts and for watching. Always #Believe. #BTA593 Shine
I've watched a bunch of Brene's talks, but it's great to have this recap of 10 highlights. I'm bookmarking this video! Thanks!
She is so inspirational! I love all the points she said. Vulnerability is necessary if we want to grow and have empathy. Thanks so much for creating this. This is really awesome! 😃
Glad you like it, Janay :) #BTA810 Luka
2. Cultivate Authenticity. Discern those who are fake and walk on. 'Fake it 'til you make it, NO thanks!' I love you Brene Brown, THANK YOU, real!
To ACCESS empathy we NEED vulnerability hallelujah!
Thank you for sharing with us. Much love Andrew! :) #BTA1053 Luka
I NEED this encouragement so much. I almost quit the ring (or at least wanted to sit out some rounds) but my husband encouraged me to stay in and fight. Now I need the subtleties of why it is so important. THANKS SO MUCH!!!
Glad to hear that. Keep it up :) #BTA1270 Luka
I absolutely love Brene Brown. The first time I saw her was on Oprah and she was beyond amazing. I am learning how to do #10 Don’t have any regrets. Finally working on having a business of my own that I always wanted.
Glad to hear that! Keep pushing. :) #BTA1205 Luka
Glad you liked it LesleyAnn. :) Thanks for the comment and for watching! #BTA569 Shine
"There is no innovation and creativity without failure.period"
"Dont be afraid of impertionism people are afraid if they be themselves if they are not prefect they wont measure out in the world."
Brenè is my Roosevelt, her words are SO POWERFUL!!
Glad you enjoyed it, thanks for watching! #Believe - Feb
I love everything that Brene` gives us and will watch, read, and absorb it all like the fresh air that she is! I love the Theordore Roosevelt quote and especially, "Shame cannot hold onto us when we name it" This is the big one for me. Thank you for sharing this video!
Thank you very much for sharing your thoughts and for watching Patricia. :) #BelieveNation #BTA596 Shine
Most inspiring to me: "if you're not also in the arena getting your ass kicked, in not interested in your opinion" #BOOM #empoweredwomen 👏🏼✨
Thanks for sharing your thoughts! #BTA1186 Luka
"It's not as scary as getting to the end of your life and thinking...what if I would have shown up? What would have been different?"
I concur.
Thanks for posting the quote and for watching Wasi. #BTA569 Shine
Wasi Saleem wow
Brene is a true inspiration 🙏🏻

There's no joy without #gratitude. I loved point #4. All of her points are stellar! Thank you for sharing.
I'm glad that you like it! Thank you for watching. Much love. :) #BelieveNation #BTA711 Luka
It means a lot to know you loved our videos Christina. :) Thanks for sharing your thoughts and for watching! Much love. #BelieveNation #BTA569 Shine
I highly suggest Brene Brown's books. They are extremely applicable and helpful.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts. :) #Believe #BTA569 Shine
Thank you for sharing your thoughts and for watching. 😊 #Believe - Feb
A balm for me and our world
Thanks for the love and thank you for watching. Much love! :) #BelieveNation #BTA645 Luka
People are so mean. Brene is one of the most inspirational, amazing women that I have ever come across! Two more who I hold in high regard: Oprah Winfrey & Tina Turner
Indeed, let's spread love and positivity. #Believe - Feb
Wow, Every word, every sentence of Brene Brown resonates... Thanks a lot!!
I am so Grateful that I heard BRENE on Boundaries. So I
re-instated mine , and reminded them of the Consequences and WOW and WOW backwards
Thanks for watching! :) #BTA1181 Luka
I love #4: Actively Practice Gratitude! 🙌😊❤
Glad you like it :) #BTA1019 Luka
I call perfectionism the 20-ton shield. We carry it around thinking it’s going to protect us from being hurt, but it protects us from being seen.
:) #Believe - Feb (from Evan's team)
This is such an awesome video! My favorite is Explore Your Emotions (How am I feeling? What am I missing in this situation?) Thanks Evan!
Thank you very much for the appreciation and for watching Ryan. :) Glad you liked the video. #BelieveNation #BTA569 Shine
⭐⭐⭐Courage is not the absence of fear; it's feeling fear and doing it anyway! ⭐⭐⭐

The first one "Show up, and don't pay attention to those who are not in the arena getting kicked..." Great one Evan thank you... #BTA5

"If you are going to show up, one thing can be guaranteed you are going to get your ass kicked... if you are not in the arena getting you ass kicked i don't give a fuck about your feelings"- Teboho Nteso
Thanks for the quote and for watching Teboho. :) #BTA569 Shine
Boundaries - demanding people be authentic themselves if they are going to be in our circle. Nice job, love the nutshell.
Thank you for sharing with us and thanks for watching. :) #BelieveNation #BTA598 Luka
Very well said. 😊 #Believe - Feb (from Evan’s team)
I love her so much, her research is groundbreaking . Thanks for sharing!
this is my very first time listening to Brene Brown....What a WONDERFUL lesson!
Thank You for posting!!
#3. Set boundaries! You are not a doormat 🙏💕

In one of her Super Soul Sunday presentations with Oprah, she discusses the importance of embracing your regrets. She points out that whether we admit it or not, we all have regrets ("if I had it all to do over again I would...) She makes sense of the benefits of regrets.
Thanks for sharing. :) #BTA1210 Luka
Brene Brown is my favorite speaker and author!! Been waiting for this video 🙌💓
Thanks for patiently waiting Dark Blue Nutrition. :) #BTA569 Shine
Evan and Brene', thank you for the work you do and the ways you inspire all of us. I'd love to see you profile Viktor Frankel, Evan.
Actively practice gratitude. My favorite! Brene Brown's work on vulnerability is so interesting. Great video!
Thanks for sharing and thank you for watching! :) #BTA1236 Luka
Explore your emotions. Very powerful stuff. Hard to choose just one. I jump to conclusions before I explore every detail. This knee jerk reaction never ends well for me.
Glad it resonated with you. 😊 #Believe - Feb
Evan thank you so much, you are simply great. More strength and joy to you.
Thanks for the love and thank you for watching. Much love! :) #BelieveNation #BTA687 Luka

Really appreciate this compilation. Thank you for putting it together and utmost respect to Brene Brown. I've shared this with a lot of family and friends
Thank you very much for the appreciation and for sharing the video to your family and friends leslie. :) #Believe #BTA588 Shine
I wholeheartedly agree! 😊. Words are important, and how they affect people deserves attention. Thank you for posting this....it meant a lot to me!
Wow. This was incredible. Thank you Evan for this! These videos are such a great resource on discovering new people. I'm going to look into more of Brene's work! Thank you!
Thank you very much for the appreciation and for watching Lia. :) Yes...we discover new people everyday that we can learn from. #Believe #BTA569 Shine
