Wow I wish I got a special note with my spoilers!! Awesome reveal, thanks for sharing these. I love the Brimstone Strike card, agreed that it's amazing. Love how Azazel keeps teleporting in and out. He's going to be a consistent threat once Shadow of the Past/Pursued by the Past first triggers.
Does Brimstone Strike make him quick strike if he is already engaged with you? Quick strike triggers when a minion engages you and the rules for engage say "While a minion is engaged with a player, card abilities cannot cause the minion to engage with the same player again (as the two are already engaged)."
Great question! Yes, he quickstrikes as he effectively re-engages you - it's under the "Find" rules in the 1.6 rules reference. I found a weird paragraph under those "Find" rules that, at the time, we couldn't figure out what it was for. It's for this nemesis set! Here is the full entry: If a player is instructed to “find and reveal” a minion that is already in play, that player engages that minion and resolves any keywords and/or triggered abilities that resolve as a result of that minion being revealed
Yeah it's odd because the find rules then say "That minion is considered to engage that player unless it was already engaged with that player." So he doesn't re engage...but agree he ought to attack even if the rules aren't completely clear since otherwise the card does nothing
Since it says to resolve all keywords as if revealed, it looks like Quickstrike does trigger again. But if Thor was engaged with Azazel, he wouldn't draw 2 more cards with his Have At Thee response for engaging the minion since he was already engaged with it (and thus does not actually re-engage it). It's definitely odd and I can see a lot of people getting confused when Nightcrawler releases! But it seems to check out.
@@VillainTheoryah...that makes sense, they are want the keywords and when revealed affects to go off but not anything else which triggers on engagement.
Fun fact...Satan is a title in the Bible as well. It isn't an actual name and it beens the one who stands opposed.
Huh, looks like the video is missing an image! Fixing.

We'll never know who wrote that note :)

See what VillainTheory said, that's our reading of it too.
