Great video again. Your compressor may need bled. To much water in the tank. Just a thought.
    Keep up the good work

For people that say that the millage setting in the ecu is false i can personally say i have had countless vans with high mileage that are less than 2 hears old with the same faults and have not replaced the dpf on any of them them up until recently have been sending them away for cleaning but recently have done 2 vehicle's with launch fluid fixed with same results

There's a software update for P20EE on this twin nox sensor models like this! Plus the first thing you need to do is look for soot in tailpipe on this model.

200ppm is the default value for Nox content before the sensor heats up. I usually have to drive approx 10km before the sensor starts reporting.

vauxhall nox spec is the down stream sensor should be 90% less than the up stream sensor but there is a tolerance which helpfully they don't publish however i think it's probably 20% to allow for cat ageing great video thanks.

I have seen your diagnostic device doesn't identify the ECU type correctly and therefore you might not see all the correct live date figures. The 1.6HDi engines with adblue have the EDC17C60 ecu and the newer 1.5Hdi units use MD1CS003. Launch usually lets you select the ECU once you are in the engine diagnostic menu. Hope this helps.

For the clutch temp fault there’s an engine ecu update that solves that . We take the upstream temp out and chuck tunap dpf cleaner in that tell the dpf it’s been replaced reset the denox faults and it sorts it

First comes on around 75.000 but usually just gets reset, then the engine usually blows just over 100,00. They have now decided 0-20w oil is best option to stop sludge and chain on cams snapping. I remember you doing 1 awhile back and saying the engine looks like it's been out. I know of 2 others both had new engine. Absolute shite these

If the dpf is regenerating more often will this screw the system up. We have seen this fault code becoming more often was unsure about it . I would love to know if the nox sensor is giving a good or bad reading . Its very much guess work . I seen p20ee fault with only 120ppm on nox very hard to decide why

Wasn't it the Citroen that could run with 3 wheels? I saw it once driving around with a front tire missing. Maybe it was some other brand, I cant remember it was so long ago

800 ppm too much light will come back in 50 miles or so had similar on a 14 reg sharan gave up in the end it could need new cat or maybe faulty nox sensor giving bad values.. let us know the outcome

1:28 data shows there is no additive in the tank, 0 ml recorded

Cars were much better in the 90s. Hardly any electrics, no emissions rubish and most things easy to fix at home with some basic tools and without spending 1000s.
Cars have taken a massive backward step in recent years.

Must be a mechanics dream though. Every garage in town (at least the good ones are run off their feet) More equipment on cars these days only = potentially more problems

Jimmy i need your advice please what diagnostic tool would you suggest for a DIYer to use ive a cars in the family to play with, like berlingo 2019, transit 2016, mokka 2017, used to use pp2000 and diagbox but would not work on newer cars and not sure how to sort out a newer version so looking for something else.... what would you suggest please around £150 to £250 please

This has 2 nox sensors and you totally ignored the fact that the downstream one was reading zero ppm 🤔
