Man, NOBODY can play the guitar for this song the way CC does.
C. C always, as well as live, in the studio just had a real way of expressive a groove and feeling through playing a very quick succession of notes. Not many can do it.. he's just amazing.
He sucks live. He kills all the lovely melodies by going full core every single time. It's like....slow down you attention hungry fuck.
He cool though. 😊

Great Band - I first saw them back in 1990 with Warrant at the BJCC in Birmingham. The ticket was just $19.50.
I've gone on to see them 8 more times.
I saw this back in 2008, and I was blown away by how good CC sounds now. After all the addiction affecting his performances in the 90's.... he absolutely killed it here!
I really enjoyed meeting Bret in 2017. He was a awesome person so nice . He really loves his fans
They deserve in rock n roll hall of fame

It is really cool to hear this with CC playing. I watched one with Richie K from 93, and this one is so much better.

1. They can still pull this off because Brett never sang where he screamed his throat out. He was a baritone singing in a tenor world but made it work, and at his age, it is still his natural voice.
2. I hate when bands play fast live. This song is MUCH better about 8 bpm slower.
They actually didn't play it faster. This was recorded for TV and the sound engineers had to speed it up to fit a 2 hour time slot with commercials. I was there, backstage.

This band gives me goosebumps... One of the coolest bands ever!! I saw them live in Madison Wisconsin, as part of the same tour... I was so excited to finally see them live. The concert was amazing! Bret Michaels is one of the coolest ppl in the world!!
