Nice job. That's one big halftrack! In fact, there were only two larger types in German service: the SdKfz 8 and 9. The SdKfz 7 was a study in portee mounting. Used to tow the light and medium FlaK (2cmleFlaK(v)38 and 3.7cmFlaK37) plus carry crew and ammo, until some bright mind offered a simple expedient: mount the weapon ON the carrier! Portee weapons are often far more mobile than towed weapons of the same type. Since typical AA positions are along lines of march, a portee mounting vehicle able to both match convoy road speed and go 'round traffic jams is a good balance of factors. Bridge and tunnel height clearance is a consideration, however.
