You are right that the colloquialism of service, great attention to detail and prdduce is what keeps people coming back. I am retired now but Chef/owned bars and restaurants in the past. My mantra was always ""Life''s a stage"" we are here to serve fantastic fdod and drinks and make anyone who comes through the door feel the bollocks. Intresting that you were in Cyprus recently we have a farm there, could have taken you on a food tour, maybe next time. Great content as usual.
Beautiful kitchen and the food looked delicious this might be the future. Pub, butcher and a kitchen? Forget about it it’s a beautiful thing. Keep it coming guys good job cheers 🍻
That looks like an amazing place, yeah it’s gonna be pricey but what an experience! I was taught patisserie by Tom Kerridges tutor at Cheltenham College
VIVA LA FRC Big respect to you bro I'm British born Greek cypriot and I couldn't agree with you more with regards to what you said about pork and that's why you have to make sure you pay my cousin Aggie a visit at his place MONTYS Deli and sandwich bar 5, Colmore Gate, Bull St, Birmingham B4 6AD they do a wicked fresh joint of beautiful succulent pork with crackling to die for on a jacket potatoe or baguette or with rice along with a wide range of other stuff 💥💙💯 You will not be disappointed. VIVA LA FRC 😁💙👍💯💙👍💙💯👍💥💙💯👍💥💙👍💯💙
It is in the Town of Marlow which is a beautiful Town on the river Thames 35 miles West from the centre of London. The Chef Tom Kerridge that owns it also has 2 other places in the Town. The Hand of Flowers and The Coach pub.
I love your videos you are so natural and down to earth no bull ,my only complaint and it's not really a complaint is i wish you would us some idea of the prices, if for no other reason than can we go there. All my lovein. Tommy hodgins food freak and musician from Ireland.
I read this wrong lol I thought they tapped your mind then grilled it then blew it lmao im sure it wouldve still been amazing if somewhat silence of the lambs ..great meat is a tasty treat I grew up on a beef farm so I know you are soo right about meat being the right thickness todays supermarket butchers cut it all so thin it ruins almost every cut ... great vid thankyou
would personally prefer the camera up higher when you’s are walking around so we’re at eye level with what’s going on! not being negative just my honest opinion love the channel lads
At my job as a Chef at Crackr Berral I smell each food item before giving it to a waitres. I sniff as hard as possible so I can smell your food before you eat it. Sometimes my nose touches your food if I get to close. You are eating food that has been sniffed by me hard
