A good main character grounds a show and lets the side characters shine, just like a good coach makes a talented athlete a star. Jay and Ryan may be more compelling and entertaining characters, but the show works because it rests on Alvey and his gym, and while he's a pretty shit gym owner, he's an amazing coach. I could listen to his bathroom pump up speech before lifting and would probably blow my PR's out of the water. Amazing motivator. Great editing as always. I've noticed going back that the frame rate on your Jay video is a little low compared to these newer ones. Maybe reupload? At the end of the day Jay is my favorite. Keep it up!
