I would just connect the primary domain that you are using. If you want to connect the re-direct domain, then it's just the same process.

Hii just saw your console setup video do you agree first and second method is better than the 3rd one because for the 3rd one we have to download an additional plugin that might have some effect on website speed.
I am in SEO so I knew that some plugins have effect on the website speed What's your view on this
You are 100% correct about that. I would only use the plugin method for those that cannot do the first two.

Please is there any alternative plugins I can use because I can't find the "insert headers and footers" by beginners
These are two goodies: Header Footer Script Loader Plugin and My Header Footer
Are the website visits of a website owner included in the data? If so, is there a way to distinguish between his/her visits and visits from ordinary web traffic?
A website may have 200 visits a month but 50 of those visits may come from the website owner.
There is a way you can filter out visits from IP addresses, either in GA or most likely Search Console aswell...
Question about option 2 : I have multiple websites in the public html of cPanel. Where should I upload the file in this case? Should I go to folder of individual website of public html and upload there? Or just upload in the public html? I would appreciate your help.

I typed my website address in the URL prefix area, just like you said, but the continue button was not getting hightlighted. But when I put my website address into the domain area, it got highlighted.

After moving over to https, do I need to remove the http property from Google Search Console?
It should automatically redirect.

Okay so I have Google analytics and I'm trying to connect it and use Google console and it's not working it will not verify. I'm trying to get a landing page verified and I don't know what I'm doing wrong I'm following the instructions and using both of the website addresses or the landing page address I guess that's connected to me but it's still not working.

Have you tried multiple methods? Give it at least 48 hours before you start seeing data.
@@StewartGauld well the only thing I have is Google analytics. What other ways can I try it's for my landing page I don't have a website?
The first method would not work as it gave me an error. The second method DID work. and the third method does not apply as it's for WOrd Press and my site is html. Question: Because the second method worked - does that mean I'm good to go? Google can see my page?

I decided to move my website from wordpress to HTML 5 , however im stuck when it comes to search console . I tried to remove the property so as to resubmit it afresh but this doesnt work. i removed the console tracking code from the domain but when i try to add property afresh it auto-verifies the domain and brings back the old data, the old indexed pages etc. ive actualy removed the tracking code but i keep being verified as the owner of the website so i cant start afresh. I want to start over because the initial naming of the pages on wordpress doesnt march with the new html site. Also im more profecient with HTML rather than wordpress.
So to start on a clean slate and submit the new website afresh entirely, start from zero , kindly what do i have to do ?

You will just need to navigate through this process again. Remove all previous tags you have on your domain.

Am targeting uk citizens with my web design service.
But I found out that my page keep appearing and disappearing in different countries like yesterday I was on third page of Google with my region set to UK and my location Anambra Nigeria.
Then this morning I didn't see my page again in the third page of Google.
Then when I set my region to UK and location to France I started seeing my page on first page of Google
And the worst of all my page keep appearing and disappearing in Google organic search engine and it is about a month website
I will have to look into this.
I can't see how to get to the search console in the first place. At 02:03 the screen changes to show a welcome screen to the console without explaining how to get there.

I moved my domain from Wordpress to Shopify. How do I update Google search console? I only move the domain name over. Do I just submit a new sitemap? When I click on my domain name it’s still showing the Wordpress logo next to it. And I’m with Shopify now. Please help me someone I don’t know what to do
