And if I don't attend to it quickly, they will go on the floor outside of the box because they won't step up in there for lack of rotating. After recalibrating, PERFECTO! 7 months in, and ZERO ODORS! People coming into our house think we got rid of our cats, because they don't smell anything, anymore. (Since we were blind to the smell) and our last litterbox (Scoop-F...something) never got rid of the urine smell. This one hides ALL! (And crystals are ridiculously priced now) Also, Recalibrating was only 1 minute out of my life for peace of mind. I think I'll Recalibrate it about every 2 to 3 months now.
Your useless piece of plastic stopped working. I have cleaned all the sensors and reset everything. Yet it still wont cycle or tell me what is wrong. Combine that with the fact that you have created it so no other plastic bags fit in the tray and then you sell your plastic bags for over 80€ with shipping.
I'm unable to calibrate the DFI! We're pressing the correct sequence of buttons, all within the time limit (have varied speed faster and slower) but not getting any response when pressing the buttons. I'm at wits end over our LR4 reporting the drawer full immediately after emptying it!

I just place a half sheet of white typing paper on top of the litter and press it down when it registers full and I know it isn't. Then it will go from full or 90% to empty or 20% full or a little more & I can go a little longer. Seems to be working ok but I wish it would go back to showing the litter full every 3 1/2 days.
Steps don't work. Repeated them several times. It doesn't test the level and rotate to see the tray. Just goes to a ready state. Please update your steps.

Mine cycles but did not give any solid colors indicating success, it just behaves like a normal cycle.
