Bhai mai apne chem ka board exam ke pehle 12+ hrs baitha tha , kyuki Darr ka dose kuch bhi krva skta hai, aur chem ka paper bhi accha khasa gaya , abb neet pass mai toh 10 hr + baithna hi padega effectively 🥲😥

What I personally do is study everyday for 5-6 hours and then take a day off every now and then. I dont even touch my books on that day. It keeps me sane and also gives me a chance to study efficiently. Breaks are must in between work, otherwise you may start hating that very thing.
