I met Jerry at the Area 1 championships in the mid '90's. You will not meet a more genuinely nice person than him. We had just finished a stage, and my wife and kids were talking to him when I walked up. I was a timber faller back then, and had an extremely good grip. I shook hands with him, and he matched it. Then he went on to praise my wife and I for bringing our kids out to a big shoot like that. A GREAT and humble man, and it was an absolute pleasure to meet him. I'll never forget it!
I would just love to sit down for a cup of coffee with jerry and just talk guns for a couple hours. That man has forgotten more about shooting than I’ll know in a lifetime and I’m the person who my friends and family come to about anything gun/ammo
Starting at 1:06 trigger finger TF placement. For lack of a better word I'll use finger pad and finger crease. Looks like your trigger is on the pad, about 3/4 of the way to the crease. Is that correct ? Make sense ? Thanks for the excellent video !!
I am not sure if my ear protection was not snug enough or sonic boom penetrates thru the skull! This was my first try of 500 S&W, recoil was not any problem - I shot 300 grain bullets, W296, 45.7g at 1800 velocity. The sonic bang, even though I had my 31 db ear protection on, caused ringing in my ears after I left the range. I shut 15 rounds, my hands and trigger finger were fine. Any advise on reducing the sonic boom effect. Would heavier bullet (350 or 500) with lower velocity be less loud?
It’s literally impossible to have the barrel inline with this firing arm using an isosceles stance! You can clearly see in the footage from behind that it’s not in line.

Jerry is a national treasure.
The GOAT. Thank you very much. Have a blessed week.
Jerry's grip and a couple hundred thousand practice rounds and I should be match ready.
Best shows on TV. I miss having Outdoor Channel.

Great lesson. That technique for the J frame is a big help! Thanks for sharing
Jerry is a legend!
Is a racist*
I’m new to having a revolver as my edc! Your video has really helped me improve a lot! Thank you and god bless!
Thanks for posting this information.

Another outstanding and very informative video. Thank you.
I don't care nothing about meeting a actor, a singer, or nothing like that, but I would love to meet Jerry Miculek...
John you and your dad are a great team!
Thanks Jerry and tell your daughter I love her
Ha!! I know where you got that Chamber Flag!! Great clip on the grip! Keep up the work!
Love my revolvers!
Great Presentation!.....
Jerry Miculek for president!
Very concise tips with excellent notations about the J-Frame and the big boy exceptions.
I love these instructional videos! I'll try this in my next steel challenge match!
Great presentation!
Great tips, thanks Jerry and Shooting USA

Learning from the best!
Excellent. Thanks for sharing.
VERY helpful. Thank you.
Oh thx !
I'm not convinced Jerry is an Earth-born human. Ridiculous mad pistol AND rifle skills.
I use the grip Jerry shows on the J frame, on all of my revolvers.
Does this help with your accuracy?
Why do you only upload 720p content. Please upload full HD video! Love the content though!
Ahhh the days hearing the voice of firearms in Jim Scoutten.
I kinda jumped when he said "hey Jimmy"
Damn. You guys time-traveled all the way from the early 2010s to make this video.
👍👍👍👍
What is that handgun safe in the background?
Good information. Not every shooter is in love with semiautomatics.

WOW! As a lady, I'm not sure I could even pick up that last gun (or should I say cannon?)
Show parabéns 🇺🇸🇧🇷🇺🇸🇧🇷👉
Is this really a current publication or a old recording?
Jerry has more muscle in his trigger finger than I have in my arm. 😆
Thanks for the scam info SUSA. The "You've won, text me here" garbage you're referring to is targeting a lot of reputable sites.
Semper Fi.
It would be a good idea to broadcast an alert in México to avoid going USA due to unsecurity in streets of USA
I would have loved if one of S&W 500 rounds was a snap cap to see if he flinched before shooting
Get that offhand thumb locked behind the o the and you can control some of that recoil a bit better.
I've had to report several scammer saying they were you guys.
