My body went into winter mode I think! Thinking of you and understand your worries about the lump. I am currently having investigations for unusual post menopausal gynae issues and it was a big worry to be fast tracked through the system. I was called for follow up two days after GP appointment so I was really scared, but God bless the NHS they were just being efficient xxx ps bloody good work on the car 🚗 ❤
Sorry to hear you have this worry on you. The breast clinics are usually quick and efficient. Don't let the 2 week thing frighten you. It's when something serious needs to be ruled out rather than particular suspicions of it on part of the GP. And remember, far more likely to be something benign. Few of us ladies avoid a breast clinic referral at some point in our lives, but majority get reassurance. Xx
Kazza its called the 2 week pathway. It's normal to see anyone with a lump. It's better to be seen quickly because god willing, it's only a fatty lump . If you have a op hopefully it will only be a lump removal. I think it is better to know. Because your mind is thinking the worse .You are a strong lady. From someone who has been in your shoes and come out the other end ❤
Mine was 2 weeks i think that's normal as they don't know so have to go down that line as would get wrong if they didn't and their was an issue, it will be fine. Don't worry. Big hugs xxxx
Hi, it happened to me and they sent me for more tests within 2 weeks I had an appointment. Glad to say it was OK. That's in Cyprus which they really take there time doing things .keep smiling it will be OK.❤
Wales seems to be really hot on boob issues. I had a mammogram on a Friday which went OK. Had a letter the following Wednesday with an appointment for another mammogram and a scan at the Swansea Breast Center for the Friday afternoon which showed no problems. Hopefully it won't be a long wait for you 🙂

@ABitofKazza Just keep holding on to that thought. I'm sure everything will be okay. If you're really worried and you can afford it why not pay for a private scan? There are plenty of places that do them now and I think you get your results straight away. xx

Yeah they did. It wasn’t a nasty comment as such just asked why I’m not videoing it and it’s nothing to be ashamed of I was like wtf!! Thing is they think by trying to post anonymously then I don’t know who it is but it tells u the name of the person so I know exactly who it was 🤣. I’m still about 3yrs away from getting a weight management appointment and then I think they are only offering surgery and I don’t have a spare £200 a mth to spend on weightloss drugs x
@ It’s a strange comment to make if they’ve been following you, firstly because we’ve been watching your weigh ins and it’s not an excessive amount each week and secondly you are the most upfront person I know, not that you owe it to us to tell us everything but I’m pretty certain you would be open about it. Like you when my mind is in the right head space dieting is relatively easy but it’s so hard and such an uphill battle when it’s not. During Covid I lost all my weight plus more and it’s because my mind was occupied elsewhere. I would like to find that switch and turn it off. It’s bizarre to me that the NHS go to surgery and not injections. Although I’m guessing its a similar supply struggle as getting my sons ADHD meds on NHS but no supply problems if you are paying privately. X
2 weeks means nothing I had a cancer scare earlier this year they’re just covering themselves it is worrying but at least your dealing with it. The sooner you know what it is the better you’re equipped to deal with it.❤
Karen don't over think anything It the dr was too concerned he wld have you seen sooner I know you worry it's normal ur human I had lots of mamagrams I have very lumpy brests they tell me you have started menopause at 5o it's most likely hormonel it's the waiting that is the worst God bless you Karen don't be worrying. They automatically putvyou on a 2 week fast track to get thibgs checked quickly. I was fast tracked for a colonoscopy and endoscopy. I know its hard not to worry but it's better to get it checked quickly. Take care xx

The NHS says that 90% of breast lumps are benign and most cancerous lumps aren't painful so try not to worry too much. x
That’s the bit I’m holding onto as sometimes through the day it’s not painful painful but it hurts a little 🤏 🤷♀️❤️
