I got the old dfp Logitech (gt4). Such a good wheel. That wheel you got, is also native compatible with battle gear 2 and Tokyo racer 3 and the old wangan midnight on the PS2.

I have a question: Do you know if MAME supports mapping INPUT1, but from different Joysticks connected at the same time. For example, having a steering wheel and pedals as one Joystick, separately, an darcade gear knob from aliexpress (which is basically two switches).
@@NathanClevenger1337 Hard to say as I haven’t really been on the market for a high end wheel. The latest PS5 wheels (which may or may not be PC compatible) boast ultra realism. Perhaps you could look into that. But generally that’s why the wheels are priced they are - more expensive parts = greater input/feedback and realism. Something you could look into I guess
Hi I have a ps2 Driving Force Pro wheel.Its the model up from your one.I was wondering could you show how to configure it in Daytona USA on the model 2 emulator.I cant get it to work properly.I tried a few settings in configure but the car never drives properly.Maybe its my wheel do i need to get the one you use.What do you think?
I wouldn't change the wheel, especially if it's working in other games. I'm not home for a while so perhaps try and look at some guides on RUclips. Otherwise I'll try and send something through next week sometime.
I have the g29 but i use bigbox and mame . Do i have to have that emulator u said for it to work? . Because i have the steering wheel and pedals. Im just trying to do the best thing the easiest. If i need to buy one that is compatible i will . Thanks i just wont to plug usb in and do what u did

As far as I know, only one controller per input
Why do none of these have the same response as a real arcade steering wheel? All that play before it starts turning, would get extremely annoying.
It’s exaggerated on video. But also a $100 steering wheel vs the substantially more expensive arcade hardware it’s no contest.
@@MannysGameRoom So would a higher end steering wheel resolve that lack of input? Or would you need to buy an arcade steering wheel to have 1:1 input?

I believe the issue is this wheel likely uses a 900 degree turning radius, where MAME games like 270 or 360 degrees

Depends on which game you want to play. Mame or M2 does a great job of old games. TecknoParrot plays all the new ones that you see in the arcades.
