I've had astral travel experiences but unfortunately they haven't happened since. If it happened to me today, I swear I would never return to my body, and I would go to my beloved wife who passed away three months ago. The healing spirits could have saved her, but they were careless, insensitive, cold and conniving with the evil that afflicted her. I love her so much and if I found her when I left my body, I would never leave her side, 'cause I Love her so much. My love for her us bigger than the universe.

Its 2am and I couldnt sleep. I'm not in a good place, and this song just helped me sit down with my thoughts in the dark. This fast-paced world didn't let me have this moment that I didnt know I needed. Anyone reading this if you're in a bad place, just know that this time will pass and I wish you all the strength to go through your hurdles. As soon as I laid my head down I was in the craziest lucid dream like I didn’t even need to wake up I just went there LOL. Where can I find those techniques? Is there anything we should do before attempting this? Like fasting, heavy water intake I always felt like my diet hinders my success in astral projection?

ive never astral projected so im not well trained for this. however i did literally feel my soul trying so hard to get out of my body, it flew a few centimetres away from it i didn’t see anything but i felt it physically. and this is super good for sleeping anyway so if it didn’t work for astral projection it definitely worked for me to finally fall asleep
I had my first astral projection two years ago, and haven’t had them since. First, things will appear snowy, then black and white. When you get there it will be colourized, and it is one of the best experiences I’ve had in my life. I remember it all. No BS was already too tired to try this last night, but i listened for about ten minutes before i drifted off to sleep. I sh*t you not i had the most awesome experince in ten years. Met my parents both ”gone” flew through neon tunnels, experienced popping out into the ”void” watching a whole dimension getting funneled through a blue misty vortex all while beeing pure consciousness.. in harmony with the source. The experience was so intense that i woke up several times, and everytime my body fell asleep i was back in that state of beeing and bliss not loosing consciousness not even for a second. To say it ”was wild” is an understatement.. thank you!!

Sally took my hand and showed me that reality is constructed in a huge factory run by little hidden creatures. While I was distracted by the beauty of that machine she surprised me by showing me that I'm one of the creatures in that cosmic factory as well, who is merely suffering from the illusion that I'm a human living in the Universe that we think we know. As I was coming to grips with that, she showed me that myself and all the other creatures running the machine are actually just singular, primal points of observation -- possessing no other actual attributes than the pure ability to know. Before I could process all of this I was gently transformed back into my body and sent home again.

Watched in a dark room with earbuds on two tabs I can’t even explain to you what it felt like all of my senses and different muscles where firing to the music it felt like a massage from the universe the amount of I emotions went through are insane I could see and feel the universe laying it’s hands on me I could see the dmt aliens comforting me they would disappear to the music change and make me feel like everything can go wrong so fast then would be back to comfort me I can’t explain unless you been there

@AnthonySommer Thank you for asking sir! I'm 1 yr 5 months into my weekly (every Friday) sessions. I'm a 100% permanent and total disabled Marine Corps veteran from the early Desert Storm era. All for mental health. So, I'm fairly messed up. BUT! I'm telling you ... the $1,600. a month has been worth every penny. 💯 % life saving. The chronic su*cidal ideation? It's gone! I don't wake up every day FURIOUS that I'm still alive. The excruciating depression sadness has loosened its grip on me for the FIRST time in 3 decades. I'm not having as many PNES episodes! (PNES = psychogenic non-epileptic seizures from severe conversion disorder) I had to sum it all up for one of my VA doctors: "It's like waking up from a 30-year coma!" Like living in a foggy dream. Colors are brighter! Oh! & when I listened to some old country songs I used to sing (semi-professional) ... Absolute JOY!!! I was sooooo overwhelmed, I wept for over an hour! Singing along through the tears. Insomnia has been a huge problem past 2 decades. After starting ketamine, I slept for 8 hours for the 1st time in YEARS! Now, it's not helping my agoraphobia component of my PTSD. Which is a shame ... cuz I really really need help with it. After speaking with my team of VA doctors this week ... cuz they're studying my ketamine therapy results like I'm a lab rat! LOL! Have you ever seen a psychiatrist drool? 🤣 So, I may be the key to getting the VA hospital(s) to implement ketamine therapy for our veterans!!! THAT would be a total SCORE! I don't care how much I've paid out of pocket if it gets my fellow veterans this life SAVING therapy! And guess what? The VA already has their psychiatric ketamine therapy protocol all done! They just need to get turned on for funding! Omg. I could write a book. 😊 If anybody wants to ask me questions about ketamine IV therapy (or Spravato if that's what your budget will allow) ... hit me up for questions! Wow, yo lo coloqué a la medianoche antes de dormir (1 sola hora) siempre me gusta escuchar audios de este tipo, relajantes, subliminales, ... Puse a que sonara la última hr de este audio y que después dejase de reproducirse cualquier contenido de RUclips, pues tuve un sueño en donde salí de mi cuerpo estuve en la casa algo distinto escuchaba pero no me resultó normal, empecé a llamar a mi pareja y cuando decidía regresar a mi lugar, apareció un hombre y yo le pedí que me soltara porque no era Mi Clau, cuando estaba empezando a correr vi hacia la puerta del living estaba abierta y habia un niño como de 9 años que iba a cruzar la puerta de su casa (aclaro que no tenemos vecinos al frente y los de al lado están bastante separados), yo cerré la puerta del living y seguí corriendo porque queria volver a la habitación, recuerdo que dije quiero volver a donde yo soy, al ahora, donde está Claudio, porque sabía que él estaba acostado durmiendo y yo me salí de mi cuerpo. Cuando llego a mi habitación yo lo llamaba para que despertara y me viera, y una de esas voces me dijo "Estaba esperando tanto este momento" y yo le extendí mi mano a donde estaba mi pareja dormida; recuerdo claramente ver de manera distinta la ventana de mi habitación que está a mi lado derecho. Esa última parte fue una manera de recordar que así estaba regresando a mi cuerpo. Cuando me desperté recordé lo que me dijo la voz, era mi oportunidad de escuchar y preguntar, pero no sé por qué entré en pánico, seguro fue por el hombre ese que me quiso agarrar, me abrazó pero no sentí un abrazo de cariño o paz, sino cuando quieres atrapar a alguien para que no se te escape. Y recordé al niño que iba a cruzar la puerta, estaba sereno, pueda que él no iba a entrar a ninguna casa, sino que era la entrada de un portal Realmente me gustó mi experiencia, espero la próxima sea mejor.

Eso sí yo suelo soñar mucho y recordar todo con detalles pero los últimos meses ha disminuido debe ser que me tiene más pendiente mi post operatorio de una artroscopía que me hicieron, mis terapias. La primera vez que salí fue hace 3 o casi 4 años. 😊

As soon as I laid my head down I was in the craziest lucid dream like I didn’t even need to wake up I just went there LOL. ive never astral projected so im not well trained for this. however i did literally feel my soul trying so hard to get out of my body, it flew a few centimetres away from it i didn’t see anything but i felt it physically. and this is super good for sleeping anyway so if it didn’t work for astral projection it definitely worked for me to finally fall asleep

When you get there it will be colourized, and it is one of the best experiences I’ve had in my life. I remember it all. Met my parents both ”gone” flew through neon tunnels, experienced popping out into the ”void” watching a whole dimension getting funneled through a blue misty vortex all while beeing pure consciousness.. in harmony with the source. The experience was so intense that i woke up several times, and everytime my body fell asleep i was back in that state of beeing and bliss not loosing consciousness not even for a second. To say it ”was wild” is an understatement.. thank you!!

Sally took my hand and showed me that reality is constructed in a huge factory run by little hidden creatures. While I was distracted by the beauty of that machine she surprised me by showing me that I'm one of the creatures in that cosmic factory as well, who is merely suffering from the illusion that I'm a human living in the Universe that we think we know. As I was coming to grips with that, she showed me that myself and all the other creatures running the machine are actually just singular, primal points of observation -- possessing no other actual attributes than the pure ability to know. I played this meditation deep trance music and I had an OBE and I can say it was amazing i did have my smells going to calm me and went so deep that I couldn't get up until I thought about my body again. Absolute JOY!!! I was sooooo overwhelmed, I wept for over an hour! Singing along through the tears.
Insomnia has been a huge problem past 2 decades. After starting ketamine, I slept for 8 hours for the 1st time in YEARS!
Now, it's not helping my agoraphobia component of my PTSD. Which is a shame ... cuz I really really need help with it.
After speaking with my team of VA doctors this week ... cuz they're studying my ketamine therapy results like I'm a lab rat! LOL! Have you ever seen a psychiatrist drool? 🤣
So, I may be the key to getting the VA hospital(s) to implement ketamine therapy for our veterans!!!

And guess what? The VA already has their psychiatric ketamine therapy protocol all done! They just need to get turned on for funding!

Wow, yo lo coloqué a la medianoche antes de dormir (1 sola hora) siempre me gusta escuchar audios de este tipo, relajantes, subliminales, ... Puse a que sonara la última hr de este audio y que después dejase de reproducirse cualquier contenido de RUclips, pues tuve un sueño en donde salí de mi cuerpo estuve en la casa algo distinto escuchaba pero no me resultó normal, empecé a llamar a mi pareja y cuando decidía regresar a mi lugar, apareció un hombre y yo le pedí que me soltara porque no era Mi Clau, cuando estaba empezando a correr vi hacia la puerta del living estaba abierta y habia un niño como de 9 años que iba a cruzar la puerta de su casa (aclaro que no tenemos vecinos al frente y los de al lado están bastante separados), yo cerré la puerta del living y seguí corriendo porque queria volver a la habitación, recuerdo que dije quiero volver a donde yo soy, al ahora, donde está Claudio, porque sabía que él estaba acostado durmiendo y yo me salí de mi cuerpo. Cuando llego a mi habitación yo lo llamaba para que despertara y me viera, y una de esas voces me dijo "Estaba esperando tanto este momento" y yo le extendí mi mano a donde estaba mi pareja dormida; recuerdo claramente ver de manera distinta la ventana de mi habitación que está a mi lado derecho. Esa última parte fue una manera de recordar que así estaba regresando a mi cuerpo. Cuando me desperté recordé lo que me dijo la voz, era mi oportunidad de escuchar y preguntar, pero no sé por qué entré en pánico, seguro fue por el hombre ese que me quiso agarrar, me abrazó pero no sentí un abrazo de cariño o paz, sino cuando quieres atrapar a alguien para que no se te escape.
Y recordé al niño que iba a cruzar la puerta, estaba sereno, pueda que él no iba a entrar a ninguna casa, sino que era la entrada de un portal
Realmente me gustó mi experiencia, espero la próxima sea mejor.

Eso sí yo suelo soñar mucho y recordar todo con detalles pero los últimos meses ha disminuido debe ser que me tiene más pendiente mi post operatorio de una artroscopía que me hicieron, mis terapias.
La primera vez que salí fue hace 3 o casi 4 años. 😊

It is all finished and now for you to accept the free gift of grace, you must repent of your sins and put your faith in Jesus Christ and Bible says that His Blood will cover all of your sins, you will be forgiven, saved from eternal punishment, and be given everlasting life. By faith you will receive the Holy Spirit, become born again, know Jesus personally and He will transform your heart and clean you from the inside out.
