@honorabilis1 I worked out, dressed nice, socialized ( actual pretty women helped me learn basically.), got my own place, got a car, stayed clean, and tried to meet people. It all culminated in me being labeled a creep, banned from places, or threatened to be banned.
So thinking about women, and taking action/ putting in effort isn't enough.
This is by far the best meditative experience for bodily centered responses. I'm always in a black forest with tiny white rabbits darting wildly around me. I luv this frequency. Thank you

This is the deepest I’ve ever been able to meditate so far. Wow. My whole body was tingling and felt like I was moving.
It feels like floating in an ocean of peace.
After the first 25 minutes I was sleeping. I had dream of seeing flying saucer and 3 aliens dressed like mummies stealing from a store and the clerk coming out with a shot gun firing at them. They spoke without words, I asked to teach me what i don’t know and I woke up. Weird

I’ve listened to allot of these, which this one has topped them all! Your mix is amazing it has everything I’ve been looking for. It definitely helps stimulate the pineal gland. I’ve been working with different frequency mixes. But your mix is great, just for the stimulation. As far as hallucinations, don’t have them. Which it will definitely help you tap into your own potential. I just put on my earbuds relax, and breath not think about anything. every night for a week and have had crazy dreams/visuals falling asleep,

For all those looking for dmt experience things, this is good, not the same, but ducking good man. As well, please start spreading the word of proper trips to what people call the other dimensions or the spirit world. There are 3 planes of existence were in the middle you don't want to go down or up, believe it or not. You want to try and harmonize the down the up and you existence as a vessel and vehicle, you are the all the all is you we are the all the all is us.
You have the lower, soul plane/ elemental chaos / birthplace of the aether / the quantum realm.
The upper, "spirit" cognitive realm / the laws and order that supply structure to the elemental chaos.
And the "physical" / the realm of creation where dreams are born / the combination of the upper and lower
Non exist without eachother for in the physical we birth new souls for the energy and substance of our world our dreams and work, help create the rules by which the cognitive shapes the soul and without the energy of the soul there would be nothing.
If you want an image to help visualize that, I recommend the dougherty set. The upper flat plane is the cognitive, the lower flat plane, and the soul, and the middle sphere is where the physical resides, being formed by the upper and lower planes. Not only is this a good image for visualizing harmony, it's also a fractal torus pattern, so it's a good image to imagine your physical body as the sphere and not just the physical universe. These together help create a powerful visual for oneness with the whole of the physical while providing a template to achieve harmony in all states. Mind body and soul.
Breath in the structure and energy from above and below into a white rainbow of light that fills and purifys you and exhale your unity structure, wants goals, and how to achieve them.

The Elves perceived my concern and told me to stop worrying about it. That it had already been taken care of. I was happy and we went on watching them play. Their faces would morph into beautiful, psychedelic visages that instilled a completely fearless and peaceful state. I was dying. My oxygen got down to 72 on three separate occasions during that time.
I surmised that it was during those NDE times that worry about shit started creeping into my awareness again. When that happened the Elves would get upset with me. Their otherwise cheerful faces would begin morphing into more and more hideous-looking creatures. I would get frightened and eventually start coming back to the peace where they too would morph back into their beautiful faces.
Every time I started slipping into worry about the bill they'd change back to horrific again and on the last time they all gathered around me in what was an infinite sea of these hideous-looking entities and they all screamed in unison in an ear-shattering chorus: "IT WON'T WORK IF YOU DON'T BELIEVE!!!"
I was never vaccinated and I survived the 13 days and have never felt better. I beat the ventilator! Also, in early February of 2023 I received an letter from the hospital informing me that the entirety of my $108,935.38 hospital bill had been canceled.

Hey guys if u want to up the experience….get a flashlight that has a mode of flash or strobe. Lay back on couch or sit up and hold the light towards u while it flashes n keep ur eyes closed while listening to this especially with headphones. Its a experience close to the true dmt trip. All should try. Somtimes I feel my eyelids flicker like mad and then feel like I’m going to fall off couch or even somtimes feel like floating. Really all should try especially listening to this! Without headphones, just through my phone speakers on mid but next to my head, I laid down on my bed and listened. Within 5 minutes I fell "asleep" but somehow thought I was fully conscious in my friends basement where he was showing me his fishtank. He went upstairs to make us some food and I heard his footprints on the floorboards above, could hear him talking to his mom. When I went back to observe the fishtank I noticed Chris (my friend) had folded the tank over before he went upstairs. But how? How do you fold glass? The tank was on an antique chair and when I went to lift it, it unfolded like a piece of paper and the fish slid to the bottom leaking onto the chair. Ashamed and filled with anxiety I pretended not to see it as such and when I heard the audio cues of Chris coming back downstairs I began to reposition myself in that basement which somehow now looked a lot like my grandma's basement only I began to levitate. My lightness rose me to the ceiling and I crawled along trying to get back down to my feet afraid I would scare Chris when he returned but I could not, I was still floating like an astronaut in zero gravity. I turned to be surprised to see a young boy, perhaps Chris's cousin? Or a young Chris? This frightened me although the boy did not seem to care. And then I woke up in bed (real time) feeling tingly.
