I corrected a lot of them by telling Miguel but you're right there were too many but Miguel still got the general idea of it.

I see a lot of recommendation for comedy movies for Akshay but I hope you do watch some other genres like romance (Dhadkan, Andaaz), Drama (Waqt-Race Against Time, Khakee, Aitraaz, Gabbar is Back and Jaanwar), Action (Khiladiyon Ka Khiladi, Mohra, Main Khiladi Tu Anari) and social or patriotic like Kesari, Toilet Ek Prem Katha, Rustom, Padman and Airlift.

Actually we don't have that letter in English. It is the sort-of r+d sound. ड़ if you pronounce this like the d in 'under' still wrong. It's the same letter in the word big (bada/बड़ा) and leave ( chhodna/छोड़ना ). It is probably one of the hardest letters for a non-hindi (particularly English) speakers to pronounce. There was a funny joke about this in the movie Ek Tha Tiger that Salman Khan's character was trying to get Katrina Kaif's character to pronounce it right.

Yeah, however, the language sounds so cool! The two movies we have watched in Malayalam was neat hearing such a different language. Since I don't understand it I really can appreciate the sound of it.

You should actually watch the old Gol maal movie of 1979.. it has same song "Golmaal Hai"(song played while Sunil Shetty signs the paper). What a movie it was... Way ahead of other movies back then in India in terms of structure.
After we watched the first, Hera Pheri, and that song played I looked into it. Looks like a good movie. I'll try to put it on the list soon.

Don't worry even if your guests don't understand cultural nuances. As long as they are willing to enjoy and understand we all are fine.
They still find enjoyment in it. Some times getting their reactions are interesting because after the movie they tell me what they understood or what didn't make sense. It creates dialogue between us that I think is interesting if I can share some of the answers. I don't know everything but I try my best to answer and what ever I can't I ask my family in India.
