You reverse the image so that it is mostly white and then go to the three dots and press clear white (color if your image is colored or the other one if it is just black and white)

Sorry but I'm just a newbie so I am hella confused rn :(

No I mean use the second button in the right row to reverse the colors so that instead of the dots being white and the rest being black, you have it so the dots are black and the rest white. Then you do the steps I said so that you are left with only the dots. Then you can reverse it again so that the dots are white again. I know it sounds complicated but once you understand it'll be easy. I hope I could help
