Hi. You can try searching on ibispaintx infos or chrome on the use of clipping. Because there are lots of uses of the said tool and I can't explain it one by one huhu.
For example. If your drawing in a layer and you want to draw ONLY on the space you draw in that layer , You add a another layer and set it on clipping then you will only draw in that space. (English is not my first language , Sorry for the mistakes 💜)
