    How can I use the bend the bar technique while I'm training with the dumbbell?
    My front delt and triceps always got hurt instead of my chest when bench pressing......

      Try to make a setup with your bench and bands, as if you would imitate a setup for lying cable flies. Now instead of performing flies, you attach the bands to the dumbbells, and perform dumbbell bench presses. The bands will add an outwards pull, that you have to resist, while staying in the plane of the normal dumbbell press. This will put more strain on the pecs.
