I’m not really familiar with tati, but reading this email she’s literally putting the well being of her customers before her brand. Instead of waiting for her supplement to be released, she linked HER customers to OTHER brands that provide the same vitamins. People really need to chill out

Didn’t you see the part where the CDC is warning against taking supplements right now? I mean I’m not actively angry about this but she’s been making risky health claims about vitamins since she started her brand and this is probably the worst time to be giving this kind of advice to people. This isn’t some kind gesture from the goodness of her heart, it’s a form of marketing. Usually there’s nothing wrong with marketing but she’s essentially giving unsolicited health advice to people. Even if she puts a disclaimer to talk to a doctor before taking any vitamins, the people who would have gone to a doctor don’t need the email and those who won’t go to one are going to be the ones taking the advice to their detriment. Idk, just not the best plan

Nayeli Love I don’t know how things are in the US, but for example, here in Brazil there’s a thing called “União Estável” (stable union), which is VERY similar to marriage. Basically, when two people have been together for a while (now there’s not a specified period of time - it used to be 5 years, though), live under the same roof and have a public relationship they’re legally considered “married”. So when there’s a separation/break up, they both have the right to claim property over things they have acquired during the time they were together (including animals). OF COURSE I’m explaining it in the most basic/superficial way possible, but it’s just to get an idea.
And as I said, this is in Brazil and we follow a different type of Law here (the Civil one, while in the US it’s the Common Law). But perhaps there’s something similar in the US and that’s why Jeffree is taking care when talking about some things...

Immune 'boosters' do NOT exist. She's promoting something that is false. And there's something wrong with that. Perhaps she believes in them herself, but every doctor and nurse on this planet knows that these supplements aren't your one way ticket....Because there is no such thing. The only way to 'boost' your immune system is by staying healthy every day. Supplements are good, but they're not the only thing that'll keep you 'boosted'

I read medical studies on it, while it may not directly help your immune system, it can help you have a healthier diet, in return helps your immune system. I’ve also read about how vitamin C, B6 and E help your immune system and depending on the individual, doctors recommend taking vitamins.
Of course vitamins aren’t for everyone, and Tati was just proposing a way that benefits some people, and maybe even help calm down some of those who are worrying over the current situation. Though I also believe it is the responsibility of those to look into what they are consuming, figure out the pros and cons of them, before taking it, which I believe Tati should have addressed that vitamins are not for everyone.

Supplements can help, she's not telling people to stock up, to take some random stuff or buy her products- she recommended some supplements based on the research her brand did. As she said supplements won't guarantee good health but they can defenitely help, it's good to think about your immune system and look for ways to help it a little.

Just take the money and buy more vegetables, fruits and go run some times, best way of improving you health. And you can't really deny that it was marketing strategy as well, she should pay her marketing team with lot more than I receive and I alredy suggest the companie that I advise, helping people with information and in a kind way is a pretty good way to make your client see your campany as more humane, you know.. "People buy ideias, not products".
Go to a real doctor and get a blood test is the best way to go, but I know that in US things like that can be real expansive, so maybe invest more time studying biology should help a little, just so you have a better ideia of what is marketing and what is important.

2) TATI BEAUTY: Tati's email was mutually beneficial. It helps her company's image and it may help individuals with their health. However, I hope she added a disclaimer to speak with your doctor before starting any supplements. She usually does add that disclaimer.
3) NIKITA & BRETMAN: Nikita said it all: you need to separate business and personal.

i wonder if people know that those supplements only "work" if youre deficient in the first place which can often be fixed with an adjustment in your diet. any amounts of zinc or iron or whatever that exceed your bodies needs will be peed out again so these supplements do nothing extra for you than a good diet would

Am I crazy but Tati's situation was totally uncalled for. Advising people to take vitamins is not illegal. Saying that certain vitamins will "cure" an illness or virus on the other hand is. What she did was just tell everyone to take care, drink vitamins if they have a low immune system. It should be clear that you have to first ask your doctors if its okay for you to take, idiots. A lot of celebrities talk about how much your family and friends use you or come out of the woodwork to ask for handouts when you make it big. It’s not hard to believe that this is true in Jeffree’s case to some degree. Although you never really know someone and I’m sure he’s got his skeletons just like we all do.
