Absolutely dying with laughter at the “I took my mum here, dad here, dates here” rap megamix 😂😂😂😂😂
same xD
Yeah, he is too gay...
Jan was such a pleasure to watch! Would love more features with him!
I`m really happy you guys doing more of London, a lot of people been sayin that the food in the UK and London is bad and I always direct them to your videos food guides of London, one of most eclectic and diverse cities for food in the world. And yes, Indian tastes better in London
Do people say that? I know the stereotype of British food being bad, but don't think people say that we don't have good food, it's just that they're often from or inspired by other nationalities
I think people are saying British/English food are bad NOT food in the UK are bad. I don't agree on the statement, but British/English food are not amazing in central London when you have high business rates and rent to pay and some are pretty touristy, fish and chips at Leicester Square any one?
Best city Is Birmingham for curry
I think they're talking about the typical "beige" British food, not the actual food and restaurant quality that you can get in London. I'm from NYC and work in London and I think London has way more variety and better quality food than NYC. Also, London has tons of markets, higher quality grocery stores, butchers, fish mongers, bakeries etc. We barely have any markets at all in NYC and our grocery stores are garbage compared to London. I put London at the same level of the large Asian cities in terms of food quality and diversity of ethnic cuisines.
@@spursp2321 lol, mate it’s Bradford. The curry capital for a reason.
Rogue shout but would love to see Indonesian cuisine done next! It's so underrated, especially in the UK. Could be a good little challenge to find a few places in London
So glad I have notifications on! Love the videos always informative and have that feel good factor
This is such a brilliant concept! It truly personifies what London's food culture is all about - a melting pot of cultures, cuisines, textures and flavours. It's just one of the many reasons as to why I adore London!
loved the video, JANAK you Rocked. Well done! Need to get back for a visit
Love this channel... top work lads, good to see you back 👍
Thank you this was truly most amazing reviews, mouth is watering going to London this summer for the first time and we are beyond excited. So well done. New follower👍🙏
Great video guys. Food looks amazing.
Great video guys! Im going to london this fall and i have so many restaurants i wanna try out because of you!!
Lads, gotta be Lebanese food next👌🏾 Been going to a few different spots and then recommending them to mates after as they have no clue where's good to go! Brilliant episode as always🙌🏾
Where would you recommend for Lebanese in London? I was also thinking of suggesting just just because I also don't know 😅
@@DjokovicIsOurLordAndSaviourLebaneats
Amazing content as usual!
Love this! Great video guys.
Thanks guys!
Great stuff guys! Keep it up 😉🤙
Wonderful stuff again lads! Love me some Indian cuisine cant wait for the next vid! On a side note who was your favourite performance at Glasto? Sam Fender looked mad as!!
Great show! Fantastic day out! I would have to starve for 2 or 3 days after that! Happy New Year!
Felt like your Cousin just came home from London and telling the family about his Indian food hunting with British twist. Sending Love 💕 and Regards from North Bengal, India. Keep it up Topjaw ✨ and Come visit NorthEast someday.....
Love the curry houses on Brick Lane. Some really amazing food. We've eaten in probably a dozen or more over the years of our holidays in London. Sheba is one of the best, I agree.
As for the next cuisine to try/feature, I agree with Turkish. Our favourite Turkish place went out of business this year and we need a new option. Cheers!
Great vid! Love Jan's energy. Next up: London's TOP Japanese foods!
Love this series so much !!!!!
Lil' request for Lisbon in 48 hours !?!
Cheers
Jan is fab!
Turkish in Croydon maybe...you both do such a great job. Love your videos!
Another great one lads, will be trying those, SUGGESTION FOR LONDON THAI RESTARAUNTS PLS, thanks
FAVOURITE GUEST PRESENTER SO FAR !!
Btw we just dropped our London 2022 vlog and we stood right on that corner on Brick Lane! ☺️ great minds 😉 music volume is back on point again guys, well done!
Can I say- this guy is one the best cohosts on this channel! Definitely bring him back!
THANK YOU Topjaw for your Manchester and Liverpool recos… just went to both places and ate at the venues you recommended. So amazing!😋😋
That's awesome - where did you visit?
@@topjaw we loved Mackie Mayor food hall and Duke Street food market. We even tried scouse at Maggie Mays!
But our absolute FAVOURITE thing was brunch at Federal. AMAZING! We are Americans who live in both Texas and Cheltenham Gloucestershire. Let me know if you ever decide to do a Topjaw edition in Cheltenham! 😂
Was at Kricket a couple of months ago for Father’s Day. Can confirm it is delicious 🙌🏻
So glad to see Gymkhana on here, for my mind the best Indian eating experience in the UK.
Loved this episode, with curry being close to my heart.
This made me feel I should venture to London more. Especially to visit gmykhana.
Loved this video! How about a tour of Persian or Jamaican food?
Jan is amazing, its nice to have someone British born but still introduce their own family style food. Love it!
You guys have to come do an episode in Montreal, Canada!!!
Thank you! 👌🏻🤩
Fabulous editing chaps, the songs were great, would have liked to see more restraints though, I don’t think 3 is enough. I think it works better for the show if your doing a proper crawl and progressively getting more jolly. This felt a bit more civilised and I want fun, high energy silliness. Turkish is a great shout, best donner kebab in london please x
P.S. there is next level Indian Restraunt in kingly court featured on chefs table
My best friends birthday meal was at Kricket, service was amazing and we couldn't pick a favourite dish because it was all so good! Cocktails bang too!
Ah that's so great to hear Joshua - my favvvvv spot in London i think 😊 Glad you guys enoyed! Will
Such a brilliant review! Hilarious too - Get Jan on again!!!!!😂
Hello from New Zealand! So stoked you guys are doing a lot of London vids because I'll be over at Christmas time and am building my list of restaurants to visit based off your vids!
Kia Ora, I personally wouldn't eat authentic Indian food in Central London (I have lots of Indian and British Indian friends), you can definitely find trendy and innovative food in Central London, but if you after authentic you have to go outside "central" London. Go to Southall and Wembley, where the big Indian communities live. I am from NZ as well and been living in London for nearly 15 years. I go to Central London for Chinese and drinking more than Indian food. The default one to go is Dishoom, try it out but you will queue for a few hours. Have a safe trip
@@phillipwong3754 Kia Ora and thanks for letting me know! Will take that into consideration:)
I’m not sure that’s the best advice. Dishoom is great but it is a chain restaurant. Truly Authentic Indian food can be found in India but London has a rich Indian culture in many parts of of the city and we’re lucky to have that. Certainly don’t have to venture out of town!
@@topjaw but what's wrong with chain store? Nobu is a chain and the Big Mumma group is a chain (and you have profiled). Dishoom was started with Indian founders (I have friends that knows one of them) as a concept which obviously became very successful to attract investment which turns in to a selective chain. I am not advising OP to go to Wagamama or Pizza Express which is a "chain" most people should avoid unless they have a family with children or simply don't know what Asian food should taste like.
I am not Indian, but all my Indian friends had told me to avoid Indian in central London if possible. I am just listening to their advice as they go to Dishoom themselves.
@@topjaw Well I'm a fellow foodie anyway so I'm happy to try whatever and from the looks of it Gymkhana, Sheba and Kricket are amazing!
you guys were shooting next to us at oxomoco sunday ! wish i would have caught you ! hope you enjoyed le industry! that pizza and soft serve is ridiculous
Caribbean - Jamaican (Troy Bar), Trinidadian (Roti Joupa), French Guadeloupe (Bokit La), Guyanese (Kaieteur Kitchen Original).
Really enjoyed this one, like your friend, very knowledgeable. Like the show when you dont drink quite as much, on the show. Drink after. Like the cocktails and beers, just not you sloshed. Keep up the good work.
banging as always
Recommend Sheba, Great selection of Curries and grills
Definitely trying these restaurants soon! I was going to recommend Turkish also. Perhaps show the viewers the cuisine is not just doner kebabs?
Yes to Turkish food!!!
Yes they also do shish kebabs
Great vid! Would love to see a Mexican food guide in London.
Thank you for the recos guys. They all look delicious! Btw, Jesse are you going blond to ginger the older you get!? Sorry just something I thought I noticed by passing in one of the frames.
Jan's a natural!
Love the rap/remix at 1:23
A huge fan from Tokyo! Please go to best Gyros in London next time! Love you guys!
OMG - was in London in April/May, now I need to go back to have more Indian food - seriously craving Gymkhana. Oh, how much more for the sunglasses to have the models included? ;)
I been to Sheba once I guess in brick lane that was with my office party gotta say there food is delicious I tried the bengle lamb shank too and it was the best I had. Really nice service and decent price 👌 I'm definitely going to try that again soon after seeing you visit Sheba 😀 thank you.
Huge fan! Would love to see you do Filipino food and maybe see you try a boodle fight 😊
Love your vids! Which is the best fish and chips in London!? Not thinking about budget, just the best best very best fish and chips!
Babur in Honor Oak. Superb and well worth the trip.
Turkish cuisine definitely! Would love to see where you recommend for the best Turkish eggs
Love your stuff... Have you guys thort about setting up your own class? Love are vids what to create content and edit like Will... Then here you go!
I can pay with a trip to Malaysia 😁
A huge fan here from The Philippines! Try out more Asian restaurants, please! When you get the chance, have a taste of our famous Chicken Adobo.
not loads of great filipino places in London that i have found :( Romulo, kasa and kin, Rapsa are in my list, if you have others... do let me know as it's hard to get good modern filipino food
Try Scandinavian food next. Or just Swedish because it’s the best. Reindeer and meatballs 🤪
Hey guys, love your videos.
Try some korean🇰🇷 cuisine places next please! 😊🙏
Yes to Turkish!
Like someone else commented, it’s way more than a dirty doner kebab. The pide and lahmacun, the stews, the soups, the meats, the salads etc.. just everything!
Happy to recommend a mixture of places!
New tiktok song now.... "I brought my mom her, I brought my dad here, I brought my dates here I brought my mates here" lol
Gymkhana Club is really excellent. I actually just visited the ‘real’, original, Gymkhana Club in New Delhi, which is still a working sporting and dinning club open since the colonial times.
never been but can't wait to visit LDN
Loved the little rap edit 🤣🎶
Rajdoot in hamstead should be on this list, they give free baileys if you review them. It is seriously a very good restaurant
Absolutely love this video!! Who doesn't love a decent curry!?! Jesse love your passion and enthusiasm for food! Brilliant presenting style and Will..such a well put together professional video! Jan... brilliant rapping! Thank you for introducing us to some great restaurant recommendations...particularly for brick Lane. I get overwhelmed with the choice in brick Lane so great to narrow it down!
Lamb chops here I come! How about looking at polish cuisine? I went to krakow and had the most delicious perogi!! I challenge you guys to find top polish cuisine!
Why would anyone British eat some shite from a East European country?
That is some really unique Indian food, I wish I had seen this before I went to London last month. Next time!
Where you from
Khana means block or square. Like you call a plot a block or sqaure....
So gym khana is a gymnasium clubs built by britsh in india. And it is social clubs. The life of british are spend around these clubs. Usually locals are not allowed. It has from wedding clubs ti gyms to bars go dining rooms etc.
Can you guys do chapters please? 😁🙏🏼
The Brilliant, Southall being overlooked here IMO. Can't help but think it's because it's not in the "trendy" part of town.
❤Your channel is literally my comfort place. You make me so happy. Love you❤😁❤Visit nature make themselves aware of various environments including life through actual experience work in the sun play get hungry and eat sleep well… I believe that a motivated and lovely look comes from this positive cycle.
‘Around the World with 80 Baes’ is such a good titles 🔥
Lovely stuff. Will defo check these places out have been meaning to get to Gymkhana for ages! My 3 fav spots to add to the mix 1) Bombay Bustle (Virat Kholi was eating next to me the other day so you know it comes highly recommended!) 2) Brigadiers (unreal mixxy and show sport) 3) Blue Ginger in Harrow (best chilli paneer in ldn) - enjoy!
I loved the jiggle jiggle😆
I would highly recommend Peruvian food 👌🏾
Whyyy did I watch this? I'm gonna be obsessing over Indian food for the next few days and I just had it last weekend! 😂
You really need to come to Bradford, the curry capital. There’s many niche restaurants, and I’ll happily take your around them all.
I’ll think you’ll find Birmingham is THE curry capital.
Great job, guys! Chinese food next?
You need to go to Brigadiers for the Chicken Wings and Kid Goat curry. 🙌🏽
Such an amazing range of Indian restraunts and dishes! The food looks delicious~😋 It would be fab if you could find authetic Singaporean food or Malaysian food 😄 Also to try restraunts/cafes from different price points? (Cheap, average and expensive)
I really enjoy the videos. I would suggest Japanese and Mediterranean cuisine.
I would also love to see the best coffee shops and even some of the most unique and popular restaurants in London
I mean since y’all tried Indian might as well have a go at their neighbor’s place. SRI LANKA 🇱🇰 Mind-blowing flavors 🤤🤯
never found another Janak before :O
Affordable, mates, mum 🎵 let's get it ! 😄
Jan is a proper Legend
Sheba Is definitely best in Bricklane. Cheers guys
Cheeky q- in your shorts you ask fav burger and fav pizza, but not fav curry or fav Asian food?
Finally, the most stylish gents on RUclips have visited/revisited my part of the world 😂
Should have done a Birmingham special on this!
Would love to see a video on Thai or Vietnamese cuisine
Indonesian, Egyptian, Malagasy :)
