i cant do this without jumping? does this mean my shoulders still lack the strength needed? its like my hands/shoulders cant support my body weight if i try to bring my hips up and control the weight transfer...so i need to kip/hop into the position...
look at Dan Bailey just learnin some new stuff. Just goes to show how far we all can improve.
I'm going to try this in hopes to develop my press to handstand. I don't know if that's what it's for, but I think it'll help.
