most people say when you aim you should focus on the target not your crosshair for good hand eye coordination you need to know where your target is exactly so focusing on that is more important than the crosshair I still think this exercise is good cause it might help your peripheral tracking but just make sure you are watching the enemy not the center of your screen
This exercise is purely for focus. looking at a point for an extended period of time without losing focus will help get you into a better state before playing/warming up.
I once found a video like that this but it was circling in the opposite direction - anti-clockwise. At the time I used both and it was by far more stimulating - wish I could find that video again.
i think its more like some sort of meditation for focus than eye training, but there you have harder task because something is changing around the point what you are focus
In crosshairs lower half games You aim with the crosshairs Crosshairs on player In crosshairs middle monitor games You aim with the world. You drag the player kicking and screaming into the crosshair
@@AvarFPS yeah that and it also helps to pay attention to your surroundings such as enemy count infront or away from you and the stats around your screen such as your ammo, health and complete focus.
Okay ill try to explain it but it might be wrong tho since im not an expert on this. Focus on the crosshair. And then try to follow the That 1 circle gap while focusing on the crosshair.
When I really focus all I see is a green ball on a white screen
Best eye trainer by far!

i seen a video i think where mattyow said you should practice both i think its in his how to pasu or static video
It helps when u hold close and tight angels
I find it easier to focus on crosshair when long range, sniping and middle to close follow tagret and trust hand eye coodination
This exercise 100% helped me with both peripheral vision and primary target focus in FPS games. Would rec 10/10.
how do u use it?
I developed real life crosshair
lmfao, this is much funnier than it should be xD
