These exercises have been a phenomenal game changer. I suffer from strabismus in my left eye which turns inward occasionally when I’m fatigued or stressed. It causes me to see double at distances over 15 feet and doesn’t go away for hours and in some cases a full day. I’ve started to use these visual exercises daily and it’s helped me strengthen my eye muscle. I watch half the video up close on my phone and from at least 5 feet out. It’s been such a huge relief. Do it everyday!

I don’t know if I’m right... I’ve found it more effective if I do it with my iPad or phone. And put the screen close to my lazy eye and cover my good eye. I feel the muscle stretches better. But I saw your comment is to put the screen in a certain distance.

cover your strong eye and use your weak eye and you should do it atleast 15 minutes a day after your done you can put on glasses and if you want to see better results cover your strong eye while having glasses on

The screen colormetry has to be perfectly adjusted. each eye have to see exactly only red or blue color. If you want to use Amblyopix electronic glasses, you have to use them one hour a day minimum while watching TV, working, or playing PC games. I advise you to use both treatments. We have more than 50 years old people with good results after one or two months.

before training make sure that you have central fixation. Your point of attention MUST be focused on the fovea. Otherwise you're just wasting your time.

It's depends on how bad your has had become but at most you would require a month or two if you did lazy eyes for 30 minutes or so a day

It is one of different technics to help getting better. Tertris for amblyopia is a good option and amblyopix glasses too.
