How to change instant geyser heating element | instant geyser heating rod

- In this video you will learn how to change instant geyser heating element . This process can be used on any type or brand of instant geyser . First of all you need to open the outer covers by removing the screws on the back side of geyser. Once the screws are opened ,then you need to lift the front cover and remove the indicator bulbs . There will be a fiber glass insulation provided on the geyser tank , you need to remove it care fully as it have glass in it .
Remove the whole geyser assembly out from the bottom cover . Now you need to open all of the wiring connections . After that if your geyser have a drain nut , then drain any remaining water inside the geyser and then open all of the nut and bolts. Once everything is opened shake the geyser assembly or either use a screw drive from the bottom to pry it off.
After removing the geyser assembly open the heating element by removing the nut that holds it . Bring a new heating element from the market and make sure the size is similar to the old one. Now fit the new heating element to its position by adjusting the gasket and then tight the nut .
Once the new heating element is installed , re-assemble the geyser in the opposite way of disassembly

service to depend karti hai ki aap pani konsa use karte hai agaar normal hai to 2-3 saal bad service karo or agaar borewell ka pani hai to 1-2 saal mai bhi karne pad sakti hai , jaha tak geyser ki bat hai to ye 8-9 saal mai pehli bar open hua hai servicing ke liye or servicing ki video channel pe hi hai , baki aap khud hi dekh le ki kitne months chala or abhi bhi chal raha hai , geyser element bese to kharab nahi hua tha lekin iske bolt ke threads kharab ho gaye the or tight nahi ho pa raha tha to mujhe change karna hi pada

open karke wiring check kro, agar wires sahi hai to thermal cut off reset karo , agar thermal cut off reset karne ke bad bhi na chale to thermal cut off replace karna padega

your geyser will have thermostat and thermal cutoff(where you reset it) , you need to repair if repairable or replace the thermostat

Bro as you told for battery back 20%acid 80% water after 1 week battery getting discharged bro y?
have you put 20/80 in completely empty cell ?? , its only done when the battery is old to give it a boost , on the other hand make sure to charge the battery properly most of the batteries started to discharge after 1- 2 weeks if not charged

@@vinchiru first of all please comment on the related video , 2nd if you completely remove the electrolyte then you have to use 20 % distill water then add 80 % of the acid into every single cell, in video i have told in my case the cells were dried out not cleaned or leaked so the most of acid salt remain in the battery that's why i use 20% acid and 80% distill water

@@vinchiru there is a specific gravity 1250 degree which you have to maintain by mixing the acid and distill water only then your battery will store enough backup and you can use self like 5-10 times but if battery is messed up then it will store only enough power to give you 1 self then it will drained out

geyser ki internal wiring check karo hard to nahi ho gayi hai ( agaar hai to replace karo) power cord bhi check karo , connections mai rust to nahi hai ye bhi check karo , simple tarika hai geyser on karo or dekho ki wire heat to nahi ho rahi, jaha geyser fit hai bo power point hai ya nahi or kya usmai 2.5 mm + wire lagi hai ?? , agaar nahi to bar bar switch jalega
