Over 2 years ago I made the smash burger from Gugas video, I can’t even say how many people I have now made it for but I have made allot of them. It is definitely my favourite dish to make and friends and family constantly ask me to make them. Guga your recipes are amazing and you have put many smiles on peoples faces. The reason the first and second burger grind was so different is because the meat goes through the grinder twice before you purchase it in stores. It would look a lot more similar if you had ground it twice.
When my wife and I went back to Australia (I live in the UK now) my in laws treated us to a steak palace (I do not use the term palace lightly) and I had a 30 day dry aged Wagu. I needed no sides or sauce just the steak with some lightly salted, roast potatoes and a light but dry red wine. So expensive but SOOOOOO good! (I will probably never afford another one again) I'm investing in a dehumidifier to try and start aging some steaks and making my own jerky! Guga foods you are a master of the meat world!

Just a thought to lower the cost on the wagu burger. I notice when you get steaks you always trim the thick fat off. Take the wagu fat from trimming steaks and get tenderloin tips ground up from the butcher or from yourself if you have a grinder and mix the wagu fat with the tenderloin in different percentages and see if that makes as good a burger as 100% wagu but for much less than 250 bucks. Just a thought for a project. keep up the good work love your channel.

The reason the first and second burger grind was so different is because the meat goes through the grinder twice before you purchase it in stores. It would look a lot more similar if you had ground it twice.

When my wife and I went back to Australia (I live in the UK now) my in laws treated us to a steak palace (I do not use the term palace lightly) and I had a 30 day dry aged Wagu. I needed no sides or sauce just the steak with some lightly salted, roast potatoes and a light but dry red wine. So expensive but SOOOOOO good! (I will probably never afford another one again) I'm investing in a dehumidifier to try and start aging some steaks and making my own jerky! Guga foods you are a master of the meat world!

i did this with the wagyu 10 years ago and to this day the best burger I have tasted.
Just a thought to lower the cost on the wagu burger. I notice when you get steaks you always trim the thick fat off. Take the wagu fat from trimming steaks and get tenderloin tips ground up from the butcher or from yourself if you have a grinder and mix the wagu fat with the tenderloin in different percentages and see if that makes as good a burger as 100% wagu but for much less than 250 bucks. Just a thought for a project. keep up the good work love your channel.
