I don't really have a recipe for this video since I usually make burgers by eye and feel. If you're looking for one, Babish and Guga Foods have some great burger recipes that work really well.

It's not lame to want to cook for your friends, it's really sweet. you don't need to feel bad for doing what you love, especially when you're doing it for someone else
It's my 1st time here but the texts music and whole atmosphere makes it seem like he's telling you his story while making you hear the satisfying sound and appearance of his cooking which I 100 percent love
I even laughed at some of the texts. I don't know what it is, but some of his wording sounds silly at times (in a good way)

your channel is hands down the best cooking channel i have ever seen. not only do you show people how to have patience when making good food,
you also make it a point to make the actual video pleasant to watch. your editing style, your camera work, the music you use, even how you tweak the volume of your video during parts where you use loud machinery (thank you for that btw)

Truly an amazing video. Your narrative, even in the format of subtitles, is so real. I think many people feel the same way and have a hard time reconnecting with old friends, so it is always nice to have an excuse to do something nice for them or even just spend time with them.
