A big embassy for a little country. The well spoken DAPG motorcycle cop I believe may actually work for the security service. Not all police officers are police officers.
If you go around filming sensitive sites expect the occupants to get anxious and call the Police, then be prepared to allow them to search you, 'just in case' and because having now been called to the scene and the law suggests that they can you can expect them to do their usual; 'subject the public to all possible sanctions and impositions thing' because it's repressive, (maintains 'public order') and promotes a culture of subordination to The Institutions of The State, AND THAT IS WHAT THEY MYOPICALLY SEE AS BEING THEIR PRIMARY FUNCTION! Upholding your rights occupies a much lower priority if any at all! Don't give them any excuse to handcuff you and if you don't and they do then make a claim for injuries to your personal rights.
lol its a bit intimidating having a camera in your face he says while having one on his shoulder also being intimidated by a camera imagine how intimidated he would be if he had to confornt a real terrorist
So you think its correct that your Embassy contacts armed police because totally innocent British person is taking photos of their embassy , I think that being paranoid and cowardly and you are as well , hope your Embassy gets a large bill for wasting police time..
On this occasion I am confused how TGA and others have described the cop’s interaction as ‘polite’, because his was oozing arrogance and his approach was patronising. The cop with a camera and a gun felt intimidated by TGA’s camera? He said he didn’t know who the TGA was (who was legally taking photos in public). He also unlikely knows the thousands of people who take pictures of Parliament, downing street, Buckingham Palace etc every day?
What an arrogant and patronising cop from the diplomatic unit (passive aggressive also springs to mind). I’m surprised the auditor actually told the cop he appreciated how polite he was. How absolutely ironic that the cop says it’s ‘intimidating’ having a camera in his face, when he turned up on blues and twos, he also has a camera and is mob handed with firearms (you couldn’t make it up☹).
Officer Chud immediately tried to escalate things, claimed he "could find you suspicious" under the Terrorism Act, before admitting that he "understands what you're doing" as "we get a lot of auditors". "I can't hear you through your mask" followed by "could you calm down 'mate', there's no need to shout" is sufficient grounds for a complaint in and of itself. I hope you've submitted one. No quarter for tyrants!
Exactly, he was a disgrace. I think he slowly realised that he needed to start behaving himself because you were filming him. If he wasn't being filmed, I expect he had have abused his powers. Scumbag.
Two armed old bill turned up on bikes to confront a ‘terrorist’ suspect and take FOUR minutes to comb their hair and adjust their lipstick before they confront him..! 😂😂😂
Glad it’s not just me who saw it for what it was, because I’m amazed how many people (including TGA) have commented on what a good cop the obnoxious cop was?
@@PeterPiper-j8t we see a lot of that in these kinds of videos because the bar for good policing is set so low. I'm glad someone else has spotted it. "He didn't force ID so he's a good cop". No ya goofball, he already knows who the auditor is because he runs up to the police begging to talk to them as soon as they arrive. He's in their database so they don't need to ID him. The attitude of the cops on arrival goes like this. We'll calm the guard down, give this 'auditor' his content, wind him up a bit and play him for a fool for those that are paying attention, then be on our way. If the 'auditor' ever says where he's going next they wouldn't even turn up, they'd just phone it in. "We know who that is, just ignore him and he'll go away." No content, no clickbait titles, nothing. It's the same schtick every video. "I'm allowed to record in public and I'm allowed to be a nuisance, it's not against the law" "Of course you are and nobody is stopping you. Just don't make any mistakes because we'll be there if you do." I've seen a number of auditors suddenly stop for no apparent reason. And I've seen some delete all of their videos. Mistakes are very expensive. For TGA to be lead around with his emotions like that I'm surprised he hasn't made mistakes before.
@@CH3FFI3 I also wondered why TGA felt it necessary to approach the police and ask if they’ve been called for him, because I would rather he said nothing and not engaged with them until they approached him. Agree with regards the cop is good because he didn’t ask for ID, but is interesting how so many comments on this video were suggesting how nice he was and how polite when he was belittling and patronising. As you say few cops aren’t now aware of audits, and many regularly watch them, especially being there are now so many to watch. One of my favourite auditors to watch is focus Pocus because he is very confident and knows his stuff and takes control without grovelling or being unnecessarily stroppy like some auditors are, but unfortunately he rarely uploads any videos.
@@PeterPiper-j8t I hear ya. Not sure if I seen any Focus Pocus I'll go and check it out. The commenters are as repetitive as the videos so it's become an echo chamber. It's ironic that the police study the auditors but the auditors don't study the police. One is advancing faster than the other. I watch a lot but would be hard pressed to name a handful of good ones who know what they're doing. There's some absolute spanners trying to 'audit' now because it's so lucrative. But I'm beginning to believe it's a phase that is going to burn itself out or someone is going to munt it completely and there will be a backlash. Perhaps an agent provocateur will be organised. You can be sure MI6 are looking at it closely. It's a shame because it has a lot of potential to teach the public about the world they live in. All it's managed to do is annoy a few NPCs.
If they suspected terrorism was afoot, I would start yelling “ Terrorism Alert”. “ Evacuate the area immediately “. I would yell it over and over for all to hear.
My man was good, but only because he wanted to look so. Oh, he'll buzz off that shiz for years. But I deeply believe it was a smart ruse by an intelligent man. I hope to god he was genuine, but I’m in disbelief.
Do the S.I.A. train anyone that knows laws or the English language, and they have no authority outside their place of work. For a change the motorbike cop did a great job of telling the van thugs to back off.

As far the embassy security staff? Not much to say about them really, but wasting police time comes to mind.
the problem with some of our auditing photographers they don't use their common sense when enforcing their right to do photography in public. Gathering information for a possible terrorist attack become so easy when you act like a member of the general public going about a lawful activity called photography however recording the workings into reaction building obstacles where the cameras are the information is obtained and then the attack can be planned. Auditors will sometimes well hi vis make it well known and clearly be seen carried out photography in public with the soul die of getting a reaction I'm making it and entertainment for putting on the World Wide Web in most cases where it will be monetized and yet they will save for private use it's a business.
Don't you just enjoy being told by people who are not indigenous to the country what you are allowed to do in public, in your own country. Beyond bizarre how they simply walk up to the public and start spouting krap, the sheer amount of ignorance, ego and power tripping on display!
Don’t fall for the nice guy act. He was gathering information and made a concerted effort to get TGA to remove his mask so that their facial recognition software, which is live on the Body Warn cameras, could ID him.
I love it when they say “ You have to appreciate “. - actually I don’t cocker , I appreciate what I want to appreciate .. not what anyone tells me I must appreciate
I’ve been waiting for a very long time for a video title like this to come up - it makes me wonder if they are going to change the law to make this a reality and if this will catch on in other countries like my native Republic of Ireland, not just here in the U.K. - the only difference being that in Ireland the Gardai would arrest and detain people under the public order act or the (amended) Irish mental treatment act

He suspects you of being a terrorist in seconds but a dude in Nottingham who stabs multiple people……the police aren’t sure….😡😡😡😡
Mr mind games has an interesting way about him doesn’t he? Oh the body language cues are interesting too. 👀🧐😎😜
I'll give him a bit of credit for telling the others to get back in the van. But I really hate the 'why are you shaking?' line, and from anyone. People shake for many reasons! Mainly medical!
OVERT Filming in public is NOT grounds for section 43, hes a liar
He's in the Police. He'd be a very rare exception if he wasn't.
It`s always calm down when they don`t get the answer they want!, the word terrorist always comes out the mouth biggest terrorists have police on them.
As a Dutchman, I am happy to see our embassy is so well guarded. Even an innocent man with a camera acting legally is being treated like a huge risk.
Good for distracting security away from the genuine risk eh?
@@dcarbs2979 LOL, what risk?
@@dantealighieri9540 An *actual* terrorist doing covert work.
He was very polite, he explained why they were called and provided perspectives this auditor couldn't knock.
@@rw5217 I’m assuming you are on a wind up, but you nearly had me going😁.
I am also surprised how many people commented on how polite the cop was?
I've heard it all TGA filming in public a terrorism offence. Not allowed lol. Doesn't it make you want to laugh. Good vid again TGA.
Always with that "Not allowed"...😆
Tell him he's not allowed to follow you 🤷♂️
They don’t look Dutch.
Is that not harassment? Being stalked in public?
Quite possibly the most reasonable copper ever to star in an audit. Unbelievable well done!
No he was a mo-on with his terrorism and calm down bullsh-t.
Clearly the police knew there was no risk and took their time. Ir they were waiting on Wayne cousins who used to work in that section
How do we know they are not terrorist as they are from the met police department?
They are exempt from just about everything , even paying tax on the £100000 grand D cars, what a joke. Not to mention all the traffic fines.
22:30 he's winding you up mate and you went for it.
"We know who that is, just ignore him and he'll go away."
No content, no clickbait titles, nothing. It's the same schtick every video. "I'm allowed to record in public and I'm allowed to be a nuisance, it's not against the law"
"Of course you are and nobody is stopping you. Just don't make any mistakes because we'll be there if you do."
I've seen a number of auditors suddenly stop for no apparent reason.
@@PeterPiper-j8t yeah you're absolutely right Focus Pocus has got it figured it out. They can't get anything past him.
Auditor's should go in droves to support this officer(at the end), and bring their threat level to 1-2....lol, what a joke....
If they suspected terrorism was afoot, I would start yelling “ Terrorism Alert”. “ Evacuate the area immediately “. I would yell it over and over for all to hear.
I feel like the lower your IQ is, the more qualified you are to be a security guard and it's not even unique to one part of the world.
It’s to match the diplomatics 😂😂😂😂
My man was good, but only because he wanted to look so. He’s going to be doing those eybrow-raised-eyes-closed smug facial expressions when his bosses tell him what a good boy he was, and he’ll thrive off the buzz he will feel every time he see’s another copper acting the giddy goat. Oh, he'll buzz off that shiz for years. But I deeply believe it was a smart ruse by an intelligent man. I hope to god he was genuine, but I’m in disbelief.
The cop was as sincere as a used car salesman😁
@@PeterPiper-j8t perfect analogy 👊🏾
Scottish biker cop must have just transferred from Police Scotland, he still has the attitude that's allowed up here.
Do the S.I.A. train anyone that knows laws or the English language, and they have no authority outside their place of work. For a change the motorbike cop did a great job of telling the van thugs to back off.
TGA must be 5 years old the way that cop spoke to him. Patronising.
I am old enough to remember when London had English people.
He doesnt look like a Durtchman or sound like one who are they employing ???
Looks Chinese to me
The biggest brain award goes to PC;
"i cant hear you very well because of your face mask" *talks louder* "okay, do you want to calm down a little bit for me"
decent copper, very polite and most importantly..he didn't talk down to you and he knew the law...he also showed consideration towards your alarm at being surrounded by armed coppers who jumped out that van , he ordered them back in the van which totally de escalated the situation....I'll give him ten out of ten for professionalism actually. As far the embassy security staff? Not much to say about them really, but wasting police time comes to mind.
Your doing a great job. The more we can stop this not allowed bollocks, we have a chance to stop this nonsense.
More uneducated cops. How can these guys enforce laws that don't apply.
the problem with some of our auditing photographers they don't use their common sense when enforcing their right to do photography in public.
Apart from the terrorist lie, old bill were surprisingly good.
Feelings police again start going by the law. Stop being woke but not the worst confrontation.
What a reasonable Eivel Knievel never thought I would see one from the MET/ My Flabber is ghasted
Don't you just enjoy being told by people who are not indigenous to the country what you are allowed to do in public, in your own country. Beyond bizarre how they simply walk up to the public and start spouting krap, the sheer amount of ignorance, ego and power tripping on display!
If every cop was like the one who engaged with you there would be no need for auditors
He was intimidated by a camera! Says the man with a gun
He was better than most. But he was still a tyrant hiding behind a veneer of politeness.
Can be as polite as he likes but the second he mentions terrorism legislation he loses any respect
Don’t fall for the nice guy act. He was gathering information and made a concerted effort to get TGA to remove his mask so that their facial recognition software, which is live on the Body Warn cameras, could ID him.
He was a dirty pig with a smile.
When they shout Not Allowed, you should whisper quietly Not Aloud 😂🎉
Carful if you have a dog under control on a lead trigger happy
Was this really in the UK I thought it might have been abroad.
The Dutch are usually a pretty down to earth bunch, but there is always Pratt!
How many real terrorists have the met police actually stopped.
funny how the police attend asap to some one with a camara and turn up when its to late to a real situation.
Gwent Police did absolutely nothing to investigate a spate of car thefts in Llanhilleth. Next time I'll tell them my camera was in the car.
I love it when they say “ You have to appreciate “. - actually I don’t cocker , I appreciate what I want to appreciate .. not what anyone tells me I must appreciate
You could sit in a passing bus and do the same photography and videos…
I’ve been waiting for a very long time for a video title like this to come up - it makes me wonder if they are going to change the law to make this a reality and if this will catch on in other countries like my native Republic of Ireland, not just here in the U.K. - the only difference being that in Ireland the Gardai would arrest and detain people under the public order act or the (amended) Irish mental treatment act
That copper was brilliant, first time I’ve seen him shut you up , with the law , you both where brilliant 😮
Thought he was a bit of a patronising constable 😂
@@clementkirkpatrick4635 not really, he could stopped and search him , didn’t, done his job by seeing what he was up against, and went , just what all the auditors , want the police to do , and that is stop abusing there powers , , you sure we was watch the same audit ??????????
Your authorization comes from the UK Government....they make the laws.
Good stuff.
I was wondering if you would, next time you get a " not allowed" , reply with "ok, I'll do it silently" ..( not aloud).😂
That cop clearly didn't know what aggression is and also exhibited a panic induced fear when he saw shaking. This is why police need better access to mental health services.
Thats big embassy for small countries 🤗😜
