I got the 422 GW. I was impressed how the camera magnetically connects to the screen mount so when you get to your destination you can just pull the camera away from the screne mount so that it's not on show. I then bought the rear cam which connects into the camera not the screen mount therefore i now need to disconnect the rear camera from the front camea beofre i can pull the front camera away from the screen mount. Seems a really bad design. Surely the rear camera could be made to attach into the front powered screen mount. Has anyone found a solution to this ?
My rear camera isn’t displaying when I plug it in like you any ideas? Same rear camera? No power or display on the front cam screen but the front cam is definitely working? What’s going on these are brand new shouldn’t be any issues?
Even the way you have run it, the excess can be hidden if you remove (or rather leave it connecte but unfixed) the courtesy lights housing ,the spare wire can be tucked into the space revealed. Can the wire not be run along the door seal top then tucked behind the airbag cover (careful) then along the headliner
Is it normal for both cameras to not show the correct distances for vehicles? In both the front and rear views the cars seem so far away but in real life I know they are closer. Also how can I stop the rear camera mirroring? Thanks

I ended up taking it back due to the head ache and just swapped it out with a better one IMO much cheaper and reliable so far!

Does anyone know how to move the rear camera preview screen? You can on the 222x and I dont like it on the left, I want it on the right.
Do you need to buy longer cable or does it come with it
It comes with it super long
Thanks for the video 👍👍
Glad it was helpful!
Why did you post this with your opening audio so low?

My next base 622 screen freezes and can’t record anyone have same issue? I think overheated on high temperatures that’s why stop working
I'm looking for suction mount for this rear dash cam, I could not find. Any suggestions please 🙏 ?
Hi, you do not need a suction mount for this dash cam. It comes with an adhesive backed mount that will work very well.
@@BestBuyBlog thanks for your reply, however I want to use this rear dash cam in rental car, so I need suction mount.
