great idea! love it. I have a question...for cousin "it" how much yard was used?
Question. At the very beginning of the video, you stated you’d need 50 in the front (bottom) and then 50 on the back (bottom), then 50 on the front (top) then 50 on the back (top). You then show 50 on one strip of tape, then you layer another 50 on the same strip of tape for the bottom front. So that’s 100 for the bottom front and not 50. Right? So I need way more yarn than you originally stated?
I am confused about this too.
How much yarn do you need? I was going to make 2 so would you know how many bundles or yards I need?
thanks for the video! it was time consuming but i finished my COUSIN IT yesterday (still waiting to find some black sunglasses). instead of making a short rope for her to carry the bucket, i used wide ribbon so she can hang it on her shoulder like a purse. super cute idea...it will go well with her Wednesday Addams costume!

Sooooo cute! I have that yellow tape and love it.....it sticks pretty good even when submerged in water but I ve found it will work loose on humid days depending on how it was used so here I recommend tracking here n there with hot glue at least.

Yesterday, my brother and I were discussing Halloween decorations. He said he was thinking of putting a Cousin It in his front yard for this Halloween, and I plan to make a small version for my living room and maybe miniatures for my coffee table, but had planned to use rafia or twine for the hair. Your route will be more realistic and a better price.
My 10 year old niece always has adorable costumes and has won some costume contests. I was thinking yesterday about what she could be this year, and I'm going to tell my brother and his wife that they could dress her as Wednesday with this very cool treat container.
