Luka did more than enough to deserve the MVP. The Mavs have a realistic shot to win it all this year. Block out all the outside noise and just support and enjoy the Mavs.

Luka coming 2nd in the mvp race just adds fuel to the fire. He’ll play with a certain intensity. It’s gonna be good for the Mavericks.

I won't apologize to Kidd for things I've said. Not until there's an explanation for that Celtics game. Why Gafford only got like 6 minutes and why go away from Lively when he was a HUGE reason they got to within like 3 in the 3rd quarter.

I hope we can trade Hardy and THJ this summer to upgrade our small forward position. This would make the team unstoppable. As long as he is a plus defender and can avg 15 points a game and a good 3-point shooter. This would make us unstoppable. I wish we can get Andrew Wiggins, his contract is big but he would be perfect, Paul George is a pipe dream, but he would be even better. Maybe we can trade for Cameron Johnson? Paul George should take less money to come to the mavericks, he will never win with the Clippers as Kawahi is always injured.

Voters don’t watch games. They read spread sheets, awarding, despite being only 8th in points, a center for having a higher fg% than a PG and for having handoff “assists”

Actually one of my biggest questions about the Great TDL trades is...Kidd now going to get more credit than he deserves for this team playing much better. I mean they added to strong defensive starting players. Does he get credit because they are very good defenders and the mavs with DJJ and some others Credit go to Kidd.
How many chips did the Bulls coach win vs. Jordan. And I'm not putting Kidd on that coaches level.
The actual answer is that Kidd is a bad coach at substitutions and over playing players that need rest and thats who he is. What is he good at. I don' know. I'm sure he's good at some things as well. The followup question is.. Did the mavs find out Kidd is a good coach. or did they shoot themselves in the foot because now they will have to wait some time before they end up firing Kidd and getting a bonafide good coach in here.
Who knows the answer. But legit questions.

Kyrie turned 32 3 weeks ago, I hardly call that mid 30s.
I am sick of the Kyrie is old shenanigans.
5 times the league MVP was older then Kyrie is now (Karl Malone 33 & 35, Michael Jordan 32 & 34 and Kareem Abdul-Jabbar 32)
    Kyrie is younger then:-
Tim Hardaway Jr, CJ McCollum, Khris Middleton, Kawhi Leonard, Paul George, Damian Lillard and Jrue Holiday.
He is also more then 2 years younger then:-
Draymond Green, Klay Thompson, Steph Curry, James Harden, Jimmy Butler, Kevin Durant.
He was born the same year as Rudy Golbert, Tobias Harris, Harrison Barnes, Bogdan Bogdanovic, Buddy Hield, Malcolm Brogdon and Jordan Clarkson.

@tcat075 Tim Cato, don't overthink this MVP vote go watch Kevin Gray's latest video. You said the best player wins and Luka statistically and subjectively is better. Hr is smaller and still scores more points, gets a ton of assists steals rebounds etc. Imagine how many games we would have lost without him vs how many Denver would survive without Jokic. He is the most valuable and better player.

Luka deserves MVP, his stats are superior to Jokic,. Jokic's roster is more talented. How many games did Kyrie, Lively, and other supporting cast miss this year? I wish Luka would stop arguing with refs, I think this is hurting him and his reputation for defense, even though he played solid defense this year.

What about Kidd’s revival. He wouldn’t play wood and McGee. Their current teams won’t play them either. They were low energy non aggressive unfocused bigs. You a]can’t play them. Kidd knows what he is doing.
