Motocyclist had crossed the white lines, he shouldn't have gone around the black Alpha knowing the bicyclist was comming the other way, the way I see it, if you cross the white lines you're no longer filtering, you're overtaking, you could arugue the on-comming lane of traffic was on stop, but the bicyclist wasn't.

There's also a proper way for motorcycles (and any other vehicle) to ride, and that way is to not expect others to do what you want/think they should. Ride and drive like people don't pay attention to solely you/your direction, because.. well, people don't.
