But they weren't a threat to the guys life and by chasing them he makes himself into criminal and by chasing them they could have shoot at him depending on the state because here in Colorado if a vehicle tries to chase you down with some level of angry intent to the point you are afraid for your life then you have the right to shoot at the driver its happened a few times here in Colorado.
