what a lovely demonstration. thank you so much for the time, effort, and creativity you put into this- it's really a delightful exploration. i'm using reverb and delay pedals on my synth setup and it's amazing, exploratory, and above all, fun. one really never knows what's going to happen! this is my first time here. i suspect i'm really going to love digging through the archives of your channel. liked/subscribed
Should have expanded the budget a bit and whipped out a Meris Mercury 7 or an Eventide H9 with the Blackhole algorithm. Those two are crazy good on synths specifically.
Yes, I can’t wait to get my first synth. I have a Roland w-30 and supposedly it can copy any synth sound, if I sample it, but I want to play with all the knobs real time haha. Looking forward!!!!!!

Thank you for your kind words - and welcome! So happy to hear you enjoyed the feature.. stay well! //Jason
Whoa! Fresh beats out of no where! 💁💁
Yes indeed - It's all about pushing your sound and trying to take it somewhere else.. Glad you enjoyed //Jason

Keep watching! I will be looking at the H9 in the near future! Haven't heard the Meris but will check it out, thanks //Jason
15,000 for reverb?!?! Insane. Wow, we’ve come a looooong way, Jason!
the polara really surprised me... harmonics are beautiful and i really dig the low end on drums.
Me too! It's a stunning pedal but also such a bargain! //Jason
The Polara uses Lexicon licenced algorithms. It's basically the old Digitech RV-7 but with the Gated reverb replaced with a shimmer one called Halo.
Thanks for the demonstration!
My pleasure! Glad you found it useful //Jason
I’ve just discovered your “pedals with synths” series, gotta say I’m ver
Poor guy died mid-sentence.
R.I.P. Never forget.

I wonder what else you need besides cables, a synth and a pedal. Can you just connect it to a speaker? I think you need a mixer, will the mx400 do?
Yes indeed - or straight into the hi-Z input on an audio interface ;) //Jason

Why only hall plate and spring?
I'm also using expensive synths as ornaments 😁
The Polara is known for it's "halo" or shimmer reverb. Shame that wasn't demo-ed.
Unfortunately we didn't have time to feature that. And as a comparison I didn't think it fair to feature the specials 😜 //Jason
too sad digitech dont sell all these nice pedals like the polara anymore :-(
Isn't it! The graphics are as cool as the reverbs! Thankfully there are still a lot of good verbs out there //Jason
Sorry! Fat fingers! Meaning to say I’m enjoying these videos
So glad to hear that Trevor! All the best //Jason
Cool!!
Keep expecting bargain hint whoever this video pops up
