HOUSE FLIPPER 2 / Verdant Nook

Hello Flippers! It's early morning and I'm sitting in the kitchen having breakfast. I'm waiting for the customers who are coming soon to sign the purchase contract for a house. Everything is already prepared in the office, including champagne.
On this house I sold the roof and raised the walls on the upper floor. I converted the garage into my office. I built a parking space on the left side. The house has a living room, a kitchen, a small storage room under the stairs, a bedroom, a bathroom and a study.
I can hang up my laundry in the backyard and relax in the barbecue area.
