Hot glue the shells on a picture frame and put a picture from the trip in it
We buy small mason jars and keep our shells in those and label them by location and date.

So satisfying to see the change so quickly (I know in real life it took a lot longer). I hate painting but love the results whenever I do it!
We used to have dark brown& light brown paint & furniture ! Painted almost 2 years ago (wow goes fast)! We now have all grey walls & grey furniture ! Huge diff paint makes ! But yes - it wasn’t cheap! Had it professionally done! I’ve never painted but my husband did our house years ago & he quit once he was done 😂

Yes, Walmart always has good clearance deals. I work there and we put things to clearance when the season is changing and new stuff comes in or something has been there for a while and isn’t selling. We marked down all our summer shoes/ sandals, shirts and shorts to $1.

I loved painting my condo before I sold it. I used Behr paint got and offer quickly.
With the shells you could glue them on a wood frame and a picture of one of the girls or the family on the beach you collected the shells from. 🍂 I don’t like painting. 🍁 The dining room looks great! Good job! Love how much brighter it makes the room. 🌾

We decorated a picture frame with shells my daughter collected on a holiday one year, we stuck them like a collage all around the outside and put a photo of the trip in the frame 🥰 love your videos as always! It’s spring her now in Australia so I’ve been watching your spring decliner videos and getting the stuff done! Selling lots on marketplace this week! You are getting SO much done, what a power couple you are! I donated 4 sacks of toys and books the children have outgrown, feels really good to get it all out of the house! Thankfully the painting is done, but we have a lot of wallpapering still to go. Your home is lovely x

I don't mind painting, I just hate trimming everything out. We have been doing a lot of painting and updating in our house so I feel you pain. I actually just painted our kitchen ceiling last night which was the worst. LOL Keep up the good work!
You can decorate a mirror with the shells.

What if you have Lucy paint or color the shells ? And display them when you have summer decor out or in her room?🐚
Are you going to replace the dark outlet covers? They kinda stand out now. It’s really inexpensive to replace them. Re: mirrors. Putting them on either side of the window should be ok since they won’t reflect people eating. It seems strange to have to look at yourself eating … so as long as they don’t reflect the table, imo. The lighter colour looks awesome
I absolutely hate painting!! Love the end result, but will complain the entire process 😂 and my husband is SO much better at it than me, however when he painted last (we painted the mantle black), he dropped the whole can of paint on our wood floor 🤦♀️😅 Thank God we got it up, had to work fast, but we did it 👍
