I once got a book given to me when I was 7 it was Aussie muscle cars with the xc cobra on the front cover i was mesmerizing over such a powerful gorgeous looking masterpiece of Australian craftsmanship and the sound is todays cars will never live up to such audio perfection sadly i will never be able to have my own xc i love all old school Ford power
Hands up who agree that these Aussie Hardtops XA XB XC are the Ducks Guts? Classic not Plastic. If it ain't steel it ain't real. Seeing these sideways with bodyroll is fricken awesome. This is what Targa Tas is all about..🤘🤘🤘👍👍👍
@@chaseattenborough6483 Will hopefully get down Tas for 2021 Targa. Sister owns XB GS Fairmont Hardtop. And lives near Dags(Moffatt tribute) from Love the Beast. It is still goin strong. Love the Beasts.

Nice bit of driving, there’s nothing quite like an old school V8,getting put through its paces! That’s what I love about Targa, the old V8’s are worth waiting all day for 👍😎🇦🇺
@@stevenguild2707 Yeah, I know, but I cant afford a EV or Hybrid. Change takes time, but if the rich started first, then hay, maybe it will become more affordable for the masses. And yeah, I am a product of consumerism, dont blame me, blame propaganda all my life.
@@stevenguild2707 I can sure you driving a v8 is the lest of our environmental worries especially running on e85 or lpg. Our love of dirty diesel utes/suvs, round up and pesticide usage, cotton seed feed to grain fed cattle, canola oil, Mercury in our teeth and ocean's, plastics in everything, land clearing to name just a few are far more concerning

In 1979 I sold my 1969 Ford Fairlane I bought for $700 and bought a two door 1973 GT metallic green factory sunroof 4 speed for $3,400, Loved that car but it chewed the juice... $10 a day...so I sold it three years later for $3,000 and bought a 1974 Kombi van for $2,800 to go surfing, always had a soft spot for VW's as the first car I learned to drive in was a 1956 VW oval window with pop out blinkers.. It amazes me that the cars we use to hack around in all those years ago are worth so much today....Oh! and the sound of that car brings back great memories!! I wonder how many of the cars bought today will hold there value like the classics....

Mad Max introduced me to the Ford Falcon. It really is The Duck’s Guts of an Australian Muscle Car 🖤
My grandad owns one of these it's sooo nice.

@@chaseattenborough6483 Can't beat that old school V8 rumble.
That’s right
That coupe is a work of art
Sounds incredible
We called them hardtops back in the day
Where did this “coupe” business come from ,
Makes me think of a compact 2 door four cylinder Mercedes.

@@justdoesntaddup8620 they were called coupes as far back as the 80s at least.
Did a great job throwing the big girl around, no shortage of power there! 👍
Now that's a serious coupe ! Possibly my choice (even ahead of a HO) for the ultimate lap of the country car with an overnight bag and a lotto win !😎👍
Good Driver and new good tires. This car can make magic !!!!
I see video about the Falcon....I click like and subscribe
Old Fords never die, they just set an XAmple.

Great stuff man i love that XA😮😊❤
It may not have the quickest times but it certainly wins on sound LOL
Friggin awesome
Seriously.... that's old school style drift racing with a hefty chassis and sweet sounding V8.
If i ever won the lottery a Mad Max replica would be the 1st thing on the shopping list. Stuff the environmentalists, V8s rule.
And a John Goss special and a nice XA GT RPO...V8 snarl is music...

Frickin' awesome car. Not a fan of the mad max plastic crap. Great looking car on its own
