I agree with you. Bonus decrease, benefits decrease, declining or no sales, perks being removed are all potential signs of cutting cost and consequently leading to retrenchments. But 1 day notice to retrench employees is just savage. It's not different than termination in honest opinion.. boycott Dyson. Have some respect for your employees man.
