Zyns are the weakest brand of snus abt 6mg. I took Icebergs a few times which are 100mg and I assure you those are better. Not tryna flex or anything just saying that zyns aren't that bad. I stick to Killa or Pablo that are around 16-25mg those are the best imo.

Then you run out of it, maybe you ran out of money, didn't realize how much you had left or how much you took, maybe you just forgot to get some more. But you're out, and all of a sudden, life begins to suck . . . a lot. Its hard to say what happens to your body because its different for every substance, but regardless, you begin to think about it a lot. In fact, you can't stop thinking about, how much you had last time, how long it lasted the last time, but most importantly, that first time. And then, it hits you like a freight train; holy shit, I have a problem. That's what addiction is. It is not substance use, but substance ABuse. The only substance that can get you addicted after consuming it one time is heroin, and even then heroin only skips a few of those steps that I described earlier. Nothing will make you forget the feeling of that first high, but with the proper treatment, the right intervention and the right people can help make that high seem completely undesirable. It's never too late to get help, I hope those who've read this far will understand.
bro i had been been a zyn user for a year and had been using abt 10 a day for the last month. i quit a week ago however and it's been quite easy. it's all psychological. not saying i'll never do one again, but a lot of it is the mindset to even quit for a good while of time.

Zyns are lightweight, over here in Europe I use siberia slim white dry which is like 40 mg of nic. Also idk how but I have never felt addicted, it look like 3 months to go through a tin and that is with sharing them with others as well

There are brands in sweden with pouches containing tea and oher ingredients that are in like energy drinks. Qvitt, kickup and onico to name a few. Snus is actually great way to quit smoking cigarettes. Snus however have always been banned abroad and this video surprised me.
