    Also maby you can help me with a question? Looks like the same make and model of mine, The solenoid has a wire that goes to the battery? Where on the solenoid does the wire come from? Also what wire goes directly to the battery positive when all batteries are installed?

    I have a cart in much worse shape with rust all through the frame and surface rust on the motor. Any risk to getting some water in the motor or axles if I pressure wash it?

    What is the floorpan made up of? Thin sheetmetal?

    • @kartkrazy
      @kartkrazy  Год назад

      Yes…factory EZGO is thin sheet metal

      @Kart Krazy I have a little rust hole in the floorpan that I can see from the bottom of the cart...I wonder what the best way of repairing this is

      @@macknumber9 cut it out and weld in a patch..if you don’t have access to a welder I suggest pop riveting a patch in

      @Kart Krazy another quick unrelated question....I am new to golf carts so I don't know if this is normal or not. I don't know if it is just simply regen braking or something is actually wrong. What happens is whenever I let off the accelerator pedal the carts stops like I am engaging the brakes. I haven't gotten around to checking the brakes yet to see if they are just tight causing this....but I have no idea if this is just normal for regen braking or if something else is wrong like a possible problem with another component...

    Jeff. How big of the tire can one put on that 2" lift kit you used on one of your EZGO builds? I know 20" tires work fine with no lift. But can I use 22s on the 2" lift kit? I just order this one from Countrycat E-Z-GO 2-inch Mid-Rise Lift Kit - 2001-2008 TXT Gas/2001-2022 TXT Electric

      I am not sure on that but I’m thinking 22 might be pushing it for a 2 inch lift
