Overcooked 2 - Level 3-4 [4 stars solo]

Getting 4 stars in this level is also quite difficult without proper technique. There's a technique I would like to show you here.
Before getting into technique, here's the plan you should follow. Cook by batches of 4, 3 and 3. This adds up to 10 dishes, which is enough for 4 stars. The first 5 dishes are fixed (for single players only), so you can throw the ingredients to prepare these burgers (plain, cheese, lettuce+tomato, plain). You can make either plain, or cheese burger for the very last dish. At least one of them must appear in the list, so this should be safe.
If you noticed, I frequently pass plates and finished burgers onto portal without going into portal. The trick is by walking towards portal, and release the item with some speed. Once you release the item, quickly turn around, so that you don't have to get through portal. Not only that this trick is easy to execute, this also saves a lot of time and is very useful for more difficult levels that have portals.
When the moving chef is not doing anything, assist the cutting chef to save the cutting time. If you don't do so, it will be difficult to obtain 4 stars here.
