Tuna Steaks in a Tangy Mustard Sauce

This is one of my favorite ways to prepare albacore tuna steaks. It is simple and comes together very quickly.
Ingredients:
1 lb albacore tuna loin
2 tsp sea salt
2 tbsp butter
1/2 cup Mirin sauce
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp Canola oil
I like to serve this with:
Ginger carrot rice: fortheloveofco... (I do add caramelized onions and fish sauce to this recipe)
