This camera gets a bad reputation because people say they can't get it setup....I had the same issue first time...Took me 2 hours. It's actually really simple, you just have to do it in the exact order that the video by dlink on youtube says....Should take less than 5 minutes. Biggest POS. constantly freezes, constantly disconnects, disconnects when you focus in, takes forever to connect company needs a major update with this camera. save your money

Costa Exintaris couple of metres however it's mircoUSB to easy to switch out for a short/longer one.
