Yeah, this kind of statements should for sure be distributed by Herpa not to individuals but through their various social media channels but at least I can try and share the information with the community as much as possible
I appreciate any response at this stage, but wonder why their 1/400 and 1/200 competitors don’t seem to have the same problems based on the dozens of new models coming in ( not just announced) every couple of weeks.
There is for sure less interruptions shipping from China to the US compared to Europe but your question is fair, Herpa certainly always seems much more impacted with any and all interruptions we have seen in the past many years compared to other manufacturers.
No, I understand why my shipment has been delayed for two weeks. I have ordered airplanes models. I paid around €300 and for the last three weeks. I haven’t received anything here in Canada when I sent an email to Herpa, the response. I got that they are so busy With orders and they told me to be patient so I’m just wondering and when I tracked my shipment, nothing has moved for the last three weeks. It says shipment status created. I will never buy anything from Herpa ever again.
