Like my ZX10 they are insanely restricted more then most. Flash and basic bolt ons and SWB it will spank any 1k out there.
I ran one with full exhaust and tune a few weeks ago.. poor guy looked like he was sitting still. They look great though!

I’ve ran a lot of bikes; been riding Japanese and EU bikes of all sorts; fastest in straight line roll racing are these ZX10R and s1000rr. The Panigale is the monster of top end but the s1000rr and ZX10R are quicker acceleration.
The thing with starting on cheaper or lower bikes is that it lacks all the rider aides. Everything that would help a beginner are on superbikes. Things manufacturers do.

I have a zx10r . Flashed and tuned. Cat delete, mid pipe, with two brothers slip on, k&n air filter. The air flap thing in front removed. Had 1 down front sprocket with 2 up in the back but it wheelied to much after flash. Changed back to one up in back, one down frount It still wheelied to much. Ended up with stock front, one up back. So much better still power wheelies all the way through first gear and part way through 2nd. Perfect. Power really kicks in at 4k. Maybe 40 mph. Perfect. With one tooth down front, 2 up in back it power wheelies through almost all of second and sometimes power wheelied 3rd. That felt good but the lower gears were trickey. To much. Easy to accidentally hit it to hard.😅
My 2023-ZX-RR has a phenomenal quick shifter, not to mention the motor is nasty to rev

i bought a 2023 ZX10r in march and it's badass, I got it ecu flashed/dyno tuned to the max with arrow full titanium exhaust at power cycle in Florida.. The bike is amazing I've had 7 different bikes this being my favorite. made me laugh you doing the launch control
How’s the bike feel ???!!!! I moved to Florida I have a 17gsxr 1000 ..: low sided 3 days ago at the track in Miami … all is good I’m so blessed only a bad cracked faring that’s it !! So lucky 🍀 however it made me think I want 2 bikes just in case I crash again I can have another in rotation and I think the Zx10r is legit !!!

I started off on a 2009 Yamaha R1. That was my first Liter bike. Now I own a 2017 GSXR 1,000RR. Not everyone can handle such power as a beginner. Me riding a bicycle was all the experience I needed.

There is a setting. The Gen 6 ZX-10rs are severely restricted from the factory. Once you put a tune on it and unrestrict everything its a completely different ride. I have the all black version. I just didnt see the value in paying 500 more for paint and decals lol. I actually took all the decals off.

In my review video I said multiple times that this bike is MUCH faster than my R1M was before it was tuned. Im sure the same would apply if the ZX10r was tuned 🤘🏾 #FastLaneGang 🏁

A ZX-10 is more street bike than most can use, lucky for most it is also easy to ride. A very fast and lightweight 1000cc bike.

I like the R1 looks. But I don't like there sound. The ducati V engine sounds are not ones I like so the R1 is a pass for me. If you could change the sound? Then maybe. But the zx10r sounds phenomenal imo and I love kawasaki. So it's probably what I'm getting this summer. I'm 30 and miss having a bike so I can't wait until I get mine soon. But I would be open to a gsxr liter bike or Honda too. But the prices are all expensive nowadays. So Honda being the same price without all the perks of tech etc makes it a no for me. So I'm going zx10r,,gsxr 10 or the H2. The H2 has to be the most gorgeous bike I've ever seen imo. Plus it's supercharged and is a monster all the way around.

R1m is a much easier bike to ride fast, the zx10 is a big bike in comparison. The bike is made for road race tracks just like the R1m(technically Yamaha does NOT race the m since there are too many expensive un-needed parts to get rid of on an R1m), but the bike you see on the race tracks have $40k+ invested in them to get to competitive and even then the zx10 is still significantly harder to ride than the R1m. ZX10 needs a new gear ratio and gearbox changes right out of box.

when you launch always lean towards riding the clutch versus dumping it for the best results... esp in a car. my sti and evo both really taught me how to launch my bike a lot better. in my opinion yamaha makes a great track weapon but they suck for riding on the street, most uncomfortable bike i have ever owned. i know honda isnt the fastest but they ride so damn nice on the street, ive heard the ninja is a good streetable choice also

If a lowly 50-70HP supermoto or enduro is enough for Motogp riders to train for the whole off season then 99% of you don't need literbikes at all to ride them at 20-30% of their capabilities. ;)

Very nice. I'd pick the ZX10r unless I had the option for a BMW M1000 RR or maybe the Aprilia RSV4. If its sound you're after, I don't think you can compare to my Indian FTR 1200... DeCat and Sawicki Speed slip on. Hell, with the decat, the dual Akros sound killer, too. If you haven't ridden one, you should definitely give it a shot. They are absolutely amazing!! I will tell you that a tune is in order, bumps the big twin to a whopping 9500 redline, kill the speed limiter in the computer and throw a 43 rear sprocket on it so it will get to around 165mph. No more clutch needed to stand that big dog straight up in the first 3 gears.... It is seriously an amazingly fun ride and will literally stomp 90% of the bullet bikes I come up against, drag or canyons. Top end of course won't run with the bikes listed above, H2 or Hyabusa but it is a totally different type of just grunty, torque monster bad-ass bike. Give it a ride!

Only bike enthusiasts and few guys can understand the sound beauty of a cross-plane. For everyone else, flat-plane is still the preferred one. Some bike enthusiasts say flat-plane is boring because they've already tried it and want to try something else like cross-plane. Cross-plane is not ear friendly while flat-plane is eargasm. Flat-plane sound is a head turner, cross-plane not much. Your choice...

I like the zx10r but it’s something about that cross plane engine throttle response is so much more crisp.
The zx10r seems like a 600 in the way you gotta keep it in high rpm to get moving.
But I’ve never been on one flashed.

The r1 has more torque ad power throughout the rev range then most super bikes because of crossplane engine. Thats why in my opinion its the best

I wish you could have given a review on a a ZX10R that has mods. It's a totally different bike. I have a ZX10RR and it was ok stock but once I put mods on mine she became a whole other animal!! As far as racing the bike it's more or less back and forth when it comes to racing other bikes. The R1 M is a great bike also once flashed. The R1M has a lot of deceptive power. People hear R1M and think it's only good for the track. That R1M is a beast. Nice video.

With the ktrc at 3 it was most likely pulling power to not wheel spin any. Ppl saying not even in 2 will it bring the wheel up. In F put it to 1 for max power and off to wheelie

Hey brother, I need your help.. I took my 2012 1199 s out a few minutes ago.. getting on the highway, it pulled hard, but getting off the exit is when I had a problem.. once at the light I put it in wet mode, and as I pulled off, it was like it didn’t want to go, but within 3 minutes it was fine, but it’s not.. no oil leaks, it just doesn’t sound right..HELP BROTHER.

I’m with you on sound, nothing against the inline 4 buzz. But it’s just gotten so generic over the years. And the cruise control is what sold me on my RSV4 or the R1.
Those bikes all sound different because the R1M has is a crossplane 4, the Panigale v4 is a... v4 and the MT09 is a inline triple. As all the other sport bikes are inline 4s. So thats why they are different. Which yeah makes sense but Imo isn't special since they sound as other bikes that have the same engine configuration.
