Recent videos look like Monmouth Mall is hurting bad. To my knowledge, a few of the department store brands you mentioned never had presence in central jersey. I think Freehold has benefitted from not being too close to the shoreline, thus pulling in shoppers from middlesex county and parts of Mercer, Burlington and Ocean counties. Monmouth Mall is too close to the shore, so Freehold kinda has a “block” to all those folks.
