Good morning! This question isn’t out of judgement but concern. My family struggles with food allergies and intolerances. I’ve learned along the way how food plays such a huge part in our health.
So many of the sweets, pastas and breads cause inflammation and exasperated symptoms. Limiting them could be so helpful for your kiddos health issues. Maybe the child wanting to go organic will help make some shifts for everyone to feel better. I know for me it’s been a game changer. God bless. 😊 🙏🏼
I was having two - three cookues every night before bed and believe it or not I quit eating them and I’m sleeping better. They say the sugar keeps you awake
Those muffins... ❤ I went to Australia many years ago, and I met a woman who baked the best muffins i've ever had. I remember she was using apricot yogurt in one of her recipes, and she toped them with cane sugar too. Delicious! Thank you for that thrill of nostalgia Alicia :) Take care!

a wee request from the UK , why not change to bamboo forks and spoons to stop more and more plastic rubbish being thrown into the environment which then goes into the sea and then turns to mircroplastic which then we end up eating inside seafood
The kids mustn't have ate much dinner sunday to have that much leftovers!
She cooks extra pasta on Sundays so she can have leftovers for Mondays lunches. Mondays are their pasta days in their lunches.
